"Where were you?" Iceland threw his hands up in the air.

"The old man was holding me back," Hong Kong explained, grasping onto Iceland's wrist and tugging back.

Iceland was a mere inch from crossing the street. Iceland was being aggressive towards Hong Kong at the moment for not being there with him the moment he needed him.

"No!" Iceland pulled his hand away, "Y-you're never there." Iceland broke down, turning away before tears streamed down his eyes. He wiped his wet cheeks with his hand, and sniffled silently.

"Ice," Hong Kong said, a little heartbroken. Iceland neglected him and darted off to the street, not realizing a car was dashing through the street.

Hong Kong's eyes widened, and lunged at Iceland, throwing him to the opposite side of the street, along with himself and stumbling in the sidewalk. The car made a screeching stop, the window scrolling down to reveal a man.

"Watch where you're going!" The man waved his fist in the air. Hong Kong cursed in Chinese to the man, while he drove away. Iceland clung on Hong Kong's arm, hiding his face.

"I was there," Hong Kong spoke, and gently encouraged Iceland to walk forward to a slight push. Iceland was reluctantly following. HongKong peered at Iceland who had a few tears stained on his cheeks.

HongKong kissed Iceland's forehead. Iceland turned red. Hong Kong pulled Iceland by his side, wrapping an arm around his waist as they both walked.

Iceland coughed, putting his arms on his mouth, and closed his eyes with pressure.

"You alright?" Hong Kong questioned with concern. Iceland nodded, turning away.

Hong Kong opened his door, allowing Iceland to walk in first and then followed, locking the door.

Iceland silently coughed, as if trying to hide something. Hong Kong made Iceland sit down on the sofa as he went to get him a cup of water. Iceland scooted to give Hong Kong space. Hong Kong sat beside Iceland, and softly moved his hand over Iceland's hand.

Iceland grunted, somewhat quiet- but Hong Kong heard, so he quickly turned to face Iceland grabbed the cup of water and tilted it downwards, taking half of it. Hong Kong reached his hand out at Iceland's forehead, which was boiling.

"How do you feel?" Hong Kong inquired, sensing the heat of Iceland's forehead with the back of his hand.

"I haven't had this feeling-," Iceland paused to cough, "in years."

Hong Kong removed his hand off of Iceland's forehead. Iceland was breathing as if chasing after his quick breath.

"I need to call Norway-," Iceland stopped, letting out an agonizing and painful shout out loud. Iceland had tears rolling down his cheeks. Hong Kong stood up and quickly called Norway, dialing his number without hesitation.

"Yes?" Norway spoke once he answered the call.

"Something's wrong with Ice," Hong Kong spoke. Iceland was rolling and flinching in the couch, holding himself.

"What are you doing with him?" Norway said sternly.

"That doesn't matter, he's yelling- he's probably sick," Hong Kong notified. Hong Kong passed the phone to Iceland.

"I-It's happening!" Iceland cried, "It hurts!"

Hong Kong pulled the phone back to his ear.

"You can't do anything about it," Norway explained, "Volcanic eruption."

Hong Kong sank, being weighed down. Hong Kong hung the phone and walked up to Iceland whose screams were turning silent. Hong Kong sat by him and hugged embraced Iceland

"I-It hurts! P-please!" Iceland cried. Hong Kong tried comforting Iceland, running his hand through his hair and caressing his back. Iceland began wheezing and groping onto Hong Kong's shirt, pulling it from the pain. A small river of blood was slowly dripping out of Iceland's nostril, staining his white shirt.

"Take deep breaths Ice, you'll make it," Hong Kong spoke through Iceland's shouts. Iceland's eye expanded.

Iceland screamed, squeezing Hong Kong's skin. Iceland was pushing his head against Hong Kong's chest. Iceland was panting, begging for more air. Iceland pulled Hong Kong's shirt, and shouted in agony.

Iceland lowered his yells down, and closed his eyes his breaths with slowing down. Iceland was laying on Hong Kong. Hong Kong cleaned the small trail of blood off of Iceland's nose. Hong Kong stood up, replacing himself with a pillow. Iceland aroused to find Hong Kong leaving.

"Hong Kong," Iceland whimpered. Hong Kong spun back. "Don't leave..."

"Sleep," Hong Kong instructed. Iceland held his arms up, eager to have Hong Kong by his side.

Iceland had small tears building up at the brim of his eyes. Hong Kong walked to him and sat beside him once and again. Iceland sat on Hong Kong's lap. Hong Kong nuzzled his head on Iceland's neck.

"Thank you," Iceland blushed, "for being there." Hong Kong rested his head on Iceland's shoulder.

"Better?" Hong Kong asked. Iceland nodded, and hugged Hong Kong.
