Ch6

'shit.' Momo cursed in her head as as the men surrounded her and her team. She clenched her fists and curled her eyebrows.

"Lets do this." She looked at Zaki Zorro in the eyes. The men started fighting, and so did Momo.

Left and right, Momo was surrounded, one of her men was already down. Momo blocked the first punch, twisted her arm and the man became her shield.
'I still have to see her even if this is my last day.'

Momo placed the man on the floor, and took down about 8 more, but there was too many of them, and only 6 people was left on her side.

"fuck" Momo managed to say. Her body was becoming weak, but she kept fighting. One by one she took the men down. She turned her head towards the table, but he was gone... "Dont let the man get away!" Momo shouted as she looked at Zaki Zorro, who was trying to get out of the exit.

Her eyesight was suddenly becoming dimmer and dimmer, and felt a sudden burning pain on the bottom left of her stomach. She looked down, and touched it. "Shit." She had been stabbed without realizing it.

That was the last thing that she remembered, before she fell on the floor. 'I'm sorry Nayeon unnie...'

The group of backup suddenly appeared at the front of the restaurant, blocking the way of Zaki Zorro. "Where are you going?" Mr. Park was with them. He couldn't bare to stay in his hotel after hearing that Momo was left inside the restaurant. He had raised Momo ever since she came to the company and treated her as if she was his real child. That's why he cares so much about Momo.

"Place him on handcuffs and bring him to the van. Kill the rest of his men. NOW!" Mr. Park shouted, and they quickly entered, and found none of their men standing, and about 8 more of Zorro's men in the building.

"Oh shit! Momo!!" Mr. Park cried as he found Momo lying on the floor. "EXECUTE ALL OF THEM!" He said in anger. The men fired their riffles and one by one, Zorro's team fell on the floor.

Mr. Park carried Momo and went inside another van. He placed Momo on the chair and flattened in down. He grabbed Momo's hand and looked for her pulse, but it was too late. No pulse was found, and Mr. Park's tears came running down.

"Nayeon, are you and the girls alright?" Mr. Park said as he held onto Momo's hands.

"Mr. Park!?" Nayeon exclaimed as she pressed on the bluetooth device. The girls was crying, especially Mina, who couldn't believe what Momo just did for her. "I-Is Momo alright!? Is she safe? Please tell me that she's safe."

"You girls get a rest. I will take care of Momo. A private jet will pick you guys up tomorrow afternoon. I'll meet you guys in the headquarters. And bring the girl that Momo loved the most."

Nayeon nodded her head without saying anything else. They were in the livingroom of the 'officetel' that they checked in. Everyone was crying and worried for Momo.

"We have a flight tomorrow afternoon. We better get some sleep. Don't worry about Momo." Nayeon told them. She tried to stay strong. She knows that Momo wouldn't die because she wont leave Mina without saying any goodbyes. She trusted her cousin and know that she will survive.

"Is Momo alright?" Mina said in a sad and low tone. Nayeon pulled Mina for a hug and said, "She will be. Momo wouldn't do anything stupid without thinking about it first."

Mina started crying on Nayeon's shoulder as Nayeon hugged her. "Before I left the restaurant, Momo wanted me to tell you that she loves you so much." Mina sobbed even more. "T-then why did she leave me?"

"She wanted to protect you, Mina. Her life- Our lives isn't normal. I think you know by now that we're agents." Sana explained. "For now, let's just hope that Momo is safe. We have a flight tomorrow and Mr. Park said that he will meet us in the headquarters." Nayeon turned her head towards Mina, and said, "with you."

It was time for the girls to head back to South Korea. They had their stuff with them and headed to the rooftop of the 'officetel'. A huge jet was already waiting for them.

"Lets go see Momo." Nayeon said, wishing that Momo really did survive. 'Momo, please be there when we come back to South Korea... Mina will be with us, so please, be there.'

Jeongyeon held Nayeon's hand as they sat together in the private jet that Mr. Park sent them. "Momo will be there."

"I sure hope so. I would never forgive myself if something bad happens to my cousin." Nayeon's tears came down.

//- An hour and a half later, the jet finally arrived in the headquarter. One by one the went down. Nayeon was first, then Jeongyeon, then Sana, Chaeyoung and Mina was last.

"Welcome back, and congratulations on the success of the mission." A group of seniors approached them. Nayeon ignored them as they walked in the headquarters. 'we did finish the mission, but we're not coming home as a complete group.' She said in her head.

They went to the 47th floor and waited for Mr. Park in his office. "I'm scared..." Mina whispered to Sana, but all of them heard it. "Don't be. We've got highly trained people in this building." Chaeyoung reassured her.

Finally, Mr. Park entered the room. All of them stood and bowed to him, including Mina.

"You must be Minari... the one that Momo always talks about.." Mr. Park said and looked on the floor.

"Mr. Park, where's my cousin?" Nayeon went straight to the point on why she came with them.

"Sit down first." Mr. Park told them, but Nayeon was being a stubborn kid and insisted on asking again. "Answer me Mr. Park. Where's Momo??"

"Well..." Mr. Park let out a huge sigh, which brought tears to everyone in the room. "NO! THIS CANT BE!" Nayeon shouted. Mina fell on the ground and started crying, while Jeongyeon, Sana and  Chaeyoung hugged each other and started crying together.

"Calm down, please." Mr. Park said, but Nayeon started to rage. "HOW CAN WE CALM DOWN WHEN WE LOSE A VERY IMPORTANT PERSON IN OUR LIVES!"

"Nayeon, calm down, I'm not done speaking." Nayeon shut her mouth for a second and Mr. Park continued.

"The team that came in the restaurant, has been overpopulated by Zaki Zorro's group..." Mr. Park stopped again as the sound of sobbing increased. "when the backup and I came in, it was too late, our whole team was on the ground, and 8 out of 40 people of Zorro was alive."

"PLEASE TELL US THAT MOMO SURVIVED, PLEASE!" Mina begged as more tears came running down. "I found Momo lying on the floor, with a cut on the bottom left of her stomach. Right in the veins..." Mr. Park paused for a second. "She lost so many blood..."
