Natasha's POV
"What the hell do you mean he hasn't woken up!" I yelled in the man's face. Of course Austin's stubborn ass would respond negatively to the anesthetics. Just my fucking luck. "Any news on where the hell my daughter is?!" I asked slamming my fist into the desk. "N um no but we have a lead." The man said suddenly getting nervous. "Ok spill." I said reclining in my chair. "We presume Austin has to deal with your daughters whereabouts." He said and I looked at him like he grew another head. "No shit dumbass." I said rolling my eyes. "We have confirmed your father is dead." I stopped. "I'm sorry I wasn't the one to kill the bastard. Confirmed time of death." I said looking at my computer screen going through security footage. "18:37:75 standard military time Boss." He said and I nodded. "Get him on the phone." I said pointing to a shadowy figure on my screen. "We have previously identified him as Jackson Minx." He said and I grabbed my gun. "Well than suit up I want him in my office and call me if this mission is compromised." I said walking out of my office. I drifted through the halls as I reached the west wing which currently held Austin. I slammed the door as I walked in. "God damn it!" I screamed frustrated. Austin started to stir. I pointed my gun at him.
Austin's POV
I felt adrenaline rushing through my veins as my senses heightened. Like when you've been in a coma for years and you finally wake up. I opened my eyes and my hand shot to my face. Damn it's bright. I sat up slowly. A woman stood at the foot of my bed aiming a gun at me. "I feel like I should've killed you when I had the chance." She said. "Who are you?" I asked eyeing her gun not liking how close we were. "I guess you could call me your girlfriend Natasha ." She spat out. "Listen listen whatever I did that pissed you off this much I am sorry. I'm sure I didn't mean it." I said sincerely meaning it. Her poker face faltered. "Our daughter is missing and if it's the last thing I fucking do I'm bringing her home safe." She said and I believed her. She lowered her gun. "Get up the car crash messed you up pretty badly. But I'm heading out to find my..." She stopped herself. "Our daughter." She said serious and I got out of bed. "Good lets move."
Natasha's POV
I high tailed it out of that room. I ran across the mansion to my room. I changed putting on a black tank top and a red grey flannel over top. I put on black leggings and laced up my combat boots. I tied my hair in a pony tail as I put throwing knives in my boots. I put my gun in my waist band. Austin met me outside my room. "How the hell did you get here?" "I feel like I know this house like the back of my hand." I rolled my eyes. "Yea ok let's go." I hopped in the jeeps driver seat and watched as Austin got in. I sped out of the driveway down a dirt road. With my peripheral vision I saw him put his gun around his ankle. "What the fuck are you gonna do is a shoot out pretend to tie your shoe." I said and he nodded. "That's a good idea." He said and I threw my hands up. "Hey hey both hands at 10 and 2!" He yelled. I stopped the car. "This is the woods our daughter is in the woods?" He asked flabbergasted. I shook my head. Dumbass this is why I work alone. I started my way down the hill tying the flannel around my waist. I hear groans as I reach the bottom of the hill. A bruised and bloody figure sat by the pond getting I drink. I raised my gun as I saw the 3 other bodies next to it. They looked up and I was never so happy to see those stubborn grey eyes that held just a bit of life. "Renee!?" I whispered yelled and she nodded. Holy shit. I ran towards her Austin hot on my trail. "Your hurt." I said reaching her as she held her stomach. She started to cry. "The babies gone I don't know what happened."
