Renee's POV

I sat on the edge of my hospital bed. The girls were going to be ok but since they were younger they were staying longer. Max can into my room after I finished checking out my stitches. "Hey is Natasha outside I think I have something you wants?" I asked clutching the locket in my hand. "You need to fucking grow up!" Max yelled. "That was random what did I do?" I asked grabbing the edges of my hospital bed. "You almost got us killed. I've almost died 10 times from being around you." "I'm pretty sure it was about 5 or less." I said looking at him. "I'm done you act like a child and I'm done being your baby sitter. Grow the fuck up!" He yelled at me. "You can't leave me we have 2 little girls." I whispered to him. "I'm pregnant or I was pregnant with your baby. You told me you loved me." I yelled back at him which made my stomach hurt a bit. "I loved you when I was blind to your childness. Call me when you grow up Renee Sterling." He left. He walked out on me. I thought about his choice of words. Loved not love or loves he said loved. My hospital room felt bare suddenly. Like the feeling of your life being drawn out of you. I turned my cold eyes to the window. My part world just left me. I understand what my aunt told me as a child. "Don't trust the movies. They try to make us believe our world isn't awful. That happy endings and fairytales exist. Well they don't. Don't let any man fool you like that." She was truly a wise woman. Taught me most of what I know. My mother and father taught me the rest. God I hated him with every fiber of my being. I hate him for everything he's! I spat those words out in my brain. I remained silent as I laid back in my hospital bed. I turned my eyes to the ceiling. "I am stronger than this." I whispered. "I'm not about to let these men ruin everything I've worked for!"

Rebecca's POV

No amount of torture could boil the anger out of me. They dragged me by my forearms down the hall my knees hovered slightly above the ground. And I was angry. Which was deadly. I watched the child being dragged by her legs down the hall. She passed out after being shocked 10 times. Her heart stopped twice. I have a soft spot for kids and I always have. They threw me into my office and I landed like a sack of potatoes. "Get some work done while you're under the weather." One of them called out making the others laugh. I turned my glare to them. "Don't forget who beat your ass in training this morning." I said as they closed the door. I crawled into my leather chair and popped my feet on a bin of folders. "Missions." I whispered curiously as I noticed another box next to my feet. I was fixated on the box until my computer screen light up. Someone had been through my stuff. Files poured onto my screen in organized chaos. My previous missions flowed onto the screen. Then I saw Renee's face pop onto the screen with a red X through it. Then a slide show almost of the rest of my family. I can't believe my boss would stoop this low let alone have someone this skilled hack my computer. "Virus detected computer shutting down in 3 2 1." The computer spoke to me. Then the lights cut and screams rang out.
