Betty was beginning to get comfortable when she felt her phone ringing
"Finally got something to distract me" she told Dave with an evil smile
"I know you love my company" he said returning the smile
"Oh shut up" she said
"Hello..."
She paused for a while
"Hey babe...its me Noel"
"Noel??? How did you..." She continued
"Let's meet...we need to talk.."
She hung up

"Betty what's wrong!!" I finally remembered Dave
"N-nothing...just an old friend.." I told him
"You look worried Betty...tell me what's going on" he asked becoming confused
" I said nothing!" I snapped back and left

I got home some minutes later trying to think before I got another phone call
"Noel?..." I asked
"Noel...he's back??...what's he doing with you???!"... A female voice spoke
" uh...who are you" I asked confused...but the voice sounded familiar
"Oh my gosh...you dumped me already.. I can't believe it..." she spoke back
"Lizzie???...Lizzie!! You're back?" I asked excited...Lizzie Angie and I were besties until she travelled three years ago
"...and I've dumped you too.. Yeah that's how it feels...and I'm coming over just to give you a big..."
"Lizzie...Lizzie...shut up and come over...you have a lot to tell me"
"...I missed you a lot...well you have to pick me up first...obviously"she said annoyed
" oh yeah...the airport..."I said feeling stupid
"And come with Dave..." She said and hung up
