Ship: MusketeersxNaomi
Scene: Base
POV: Naomi

"No!" Jordan pouted childishly. "I don't want to study! Can't we go out today?"

"Oh come on, Jordan!" I tugged on his sleeve roughly, trying to pull hin back into the base.

Bennett and Declan attempt to pry his fingers off the doorknob. Jordan, being the stubborn one, wouldn't let go of it and the three of us were trying to persuade him to stay and study.

"I'll make lunch!" Bennett pleaded.

"Do you want to fail tomorrow!?" Declan shrieked as he managed to pry only one finger off.

"No but-"

"Oh, c'mon!" We shrieked in unison.

"I'll buy pizza!" said Bennett, who was now pulling Jordan's leg.

"Why didn't you say so?" He turned to give us a cheeky grin and released his hold on the doorknob. We fell backwards, lying on the floor on our backs, groaning.

Jordan got up and brushed his jeans before making his way to the table in the living room. Sitting in one of the chairs, he gave us a smile. His green eyes sparkled and I could see the sparkles.

Pizza was probably the only thing in his mind at the moment.

We sighed and made our way to the table too.

"Man, revising sure isn't my thing!" Jordan leaned back in his chair and stretched.

"Seeing your ugly face everyday is definitely not my thing." Declan concluded, putting his pencil down. Bennett and I stifled our laughter. Jordan threw a textbook at Declan's face.

"You're uglier than me, Hulk!" The blondie stuck his tongue out. Declan threw a pen back at Jordan.

I sighed. "We've only started studying for, like, 10 minutes and you're already complaining?"

Bennett shrugged. "You can't blame Jordan. He has the attention span of a goldfish." Declan burst out laughing, calling Jordan a fish.

I rolled my eyes but couldn't help but giggle.

The doorbell rang shortly and Jordan exclaimed excitedly, "Pizza!"

"I'll get it," Bennett said. He got up and made his way to the door. He returned to us after a few seconds, a large cardboard box in his hands. He sets it down in the middle of the room and opens the box. The four of us inhaled the heavenly smell of the pizza.

Jordan took a slice and chomped down on it instantly. The rest of us did the same. As long as it's food, I'm okay with pizza everyday. I couldn't help but smile as I watched Declan, Bennett and Jordan enjoy their slices too. Declan notice my (probably creepy) smiles and couldn't help but smile back.

"You know, I can't help but feel grateful that I have such great friends."

Bennett and Jordan smiled back. Declan ruffled my hair with his pizza free hand. "We feel the same way too, Naomi." He chuckled.

"We'll always be there for you," Jordan gave me a thumbsup.

"Whenever you're in trouble," Bennett continued.

"We'll come running to you. Anywhere and anytime," Declan finished.

With that said, I couldn't help but think back to all the times when the three helped me. And how we met. I still remember how I hissed at Bennett, the stranger whom I had knocked into by accident in the hallway. Jordan, my Bio partner who suceeded in finally made me laugh after a long time. And Declan when he was my soccer partner and how he stood up for me for despite having just met me.

I remember when they would protect me. Sometimes failing in doing it. The time when they dated Abby, Hannah and Candice. How overprotective they were for me when I started going out with Parker. How jealous and upset they were when I spent more time with him than them.

I closed my eyes and inhaled calmly. "As long as I'm with them, I'm happy." I said to myself.

"It's the same here, for us." They replied in unison. I felt a lone tear trickle down my cheek.

"How do you guys even do that?" I chuckled, taking another bite out of my pizza.

Thank you.

Hi guys! I know this is pretty short for a one shot, sorry but it's actually my first time writting fanfictions! I wanted to write in Naomi's perspective because I wanted her to express how grateful she was and for nostalgia. (Evil laugh). I still ship Parkomi to be honest. I remember crying like hell when I read that they broke up. This is the first book to make me cry to be honest. I didn't even cry when I watched the MV, Shelter. And I was sniffling when he said that his biggest regret was leaving her, before walking away. Like, Parker, why-? Don't walk away! I know you still like her! You still love her! The relationship may be a lie, but you felt something for her, right? After all the time you two spent, dates, trouble.. you always did your best to stand up/protect her. That effort wasn't fake.. I hope they'll get back together, but Rubix said that Parkomi was never meant to happen/stay. Emotional now. (Blows nose into tissues) Will write a Parkomi oneshot later on! Thank you for reading this!
