Chapter 5

 Vanessa's pov

I should have get used to this now that it has been happening since the past six months,

But seriously though I don't expect that from Roni

As I was deeply in my thoughts someone rang the doorbell, I quickly took a glance at the clock

It might be Alex because it was 4:30, because I was in my "eh" mood, my face was also in "eh" position I guess

I went and opened the door and saw Alex with a box of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, he knows what makes me happy even when I am sad and having a friend like him is a blessing

"Aww thank you alex for this, I'm so lucky to have a best friend like you in my life"

"It's fine Nessa, that's what......... friends do, right?"

Then we ate and talked about our "discussion" with Roni, even though there is no point of doing it because she wouldn't agree to us either

Alex and I decided that we would not be mad at Roni and we would be acting as if nothing ever happened, It sounds a bit calm but that's the only thing we could do to or else she might completely be angry and not talk to us after her "amazing" day with Addison.

Roni's pov

After Addison dropped me home, I was almost at the door and realized that Nessa would be so mad at me 

But then I remembered as Addison said that if Nessa loves you she would be happy with that, I don't want to ruin this day, so we'll see what happens

So I entered the door, seeing Nessa and Alex happily talking to each other:

Alex: Hey Roni, how was your day

Roni: It was amazing!

Nessa: So would you like some doughnuts

Roni: Nope, I'm good, thanks for asking

Alex: So we are playing some fun games do you wanna join?

Roni: Yes sure, hold up let me go and get freshened up I'll be back in five minutes

Alex: Yes sure!

***10 minutes later***

Roni:I'm back

Alex:you said five minutes

Nessa: Its Veronica, she could never be on time

Roni: Oh come on you guys

Nessa: okay sorry, just kidding

Alex's pov

We had decided to not to be angry with Roni because love could heal what hate could not

So I decided we would play some games, talk and remember things about our childhood and even if we got angry at Roni, she would be upset and would rather start having hate for us

Everything worked out so perfectly, we watched one of our childhood favorite movies and ordered pizza, overall It was a fun time together with my friends.

Roni: Good night everyone, I'm tired

Alex: Night Roni

Alex: bye Nessa, I'll leave too

Nessa: bye Alex

Nessa's pov

Alex is such a great friend and he always helps me, I'm glad I have a friend like him, everything worked out really good and Roni was happy so am happy

It's not like I'm not hurt but there is no point of thinking about it and getting hurt again
