Chapter 12

Nessa's pov

So after I left Alex's house, I saw Laur's car parked in our driveway. I proceeded towards the car. I greeted Laur and sat on the passenger seat, and we proceeded to drive to Erick's house, on the way there Laur and I talked about random stuff like why could Tom never catch Jerry. We are weird like that.

Erick's house was beautiful. It was not that big but not small either, it was medium sized. As soon as we parked in his driveway, the door opened revealing a smiling Erick. He was wearing gray basketball and a black t-shirt. We greeted each other and he invited us to come inside. 

Laur looked as if she owned the place and went over to fridge to get us ice cream, I really appreciated that, I was legit going to melt because of the high temperatures. So after a while of chit chatting and eating ice cream, Erick decided to show us around his house. He began from the living room, then the kitchen, then his parents' room and then his room.

His room was so clean, everything was in its right place. It was a pretty big room, the window was open reflecting a natural light in the room.

"So Nessa, how about you sing for us," Laur said smiling.

"Sorry Laur I do not feel like singing right now," I replied back

"Please Nessa, just sing for me-I mean us," Erick joined our conversation

I bit my lip confusedly and saw them looking at me with expectations. "Fine, I'll sing."

I decided to sing Attention by Charlie because that is only song lyrics I fully remember right now.

So after I sang, we decided to watch a movie, and now we are at Walmart to get some more ice cream.

"I want Vanilla," I said to Laur as she was picking out the flavours.

"I'll get chocolate," erick said

"Okay, I'm getting them," Laur said and rolled her eyes

As I was waiting for Laur to put the tubs of ice cream in the cart, I saw a familiar figure walking past the other side of the aisle. Addison. I abandoned our cart and ran towards him cause I did see a girl with him and it would be a good idea to take a picture of him and send it to Roni, so she would know.

By the time I ran, he and the girl had taken a right turn, and soon enough I lost them. I wanted this opportunity so bad I wanted to show it to Roni what her Addy was up to. I sighed and went back to where Laur and Erick were.

"Where were you?" Erick asked his eyebrows scrunched in confusion

"Nothing I saw someone I knew and wanted to greet but I missed them," I replied lying there was no way I was going to greet Addison, I just wanted to take a picture of them.

-ding-

I take out my phone to see who messaged me, It was Roni and she said:

Please come home quick

I felt that something was wrong, and I wanted to be there for my sister whenever she needed me.

I wanted to add the singing part because Nessa singing Attention at one of their broadcasts was literally the best thing ever. Roni and Nessa are both so talented and their singing gives me chills and it's just amazing.
