Chapter 9 - Universal Studios

Chapter 9

We finally made it to Universal Studios in Orlando I'm so excited I can't wait to get on some rides , eat fair food and hopefully meet some of our fans. This is my first time ever going to Universal Studios, ever since I was a little kid I've always wanted to come here. Now that I'm here I want to get on as many rides as I can and eat every fried greasy food that I can get my hands on.

We're all walking towards this long mini cart thing that looks like a limousine golf cart. We all climbed into the cart that was escorting us towards one of the side entrances to Universal Studios. I was so mesmerized by all of the rides and people the vibe in the air just streamed 'Disney'. I was bouncing in my seat from excitement I couldn't help but point at all of the cool attractions. I feel like a little kid inside of a candy store, I wish they hurry up and stop this damn limo cart.

I felt somebody grab my hand. "Baby calm down the driver said in about 3 minutes we can get off and enjoy ourselves for 2 and a half hours before soundcheck." Normani said while rubbing soothing circles on the palm of my hand. See not a lot of people no that I have ADHD which sometimes becomes a problem for me which is why I'm always on Snapchat, dancing or doing pranks. Mhm I'm so thankful for my baby she always knows how to calm me down.

"Okay babe." I pouted.

"Your so cute when you pout." Normani laughed shaking her head. The cart was slowing down signaling the end of the cart ride. Thank god. Coming to a complete stop the driver gave us express passes and instructions on where we have to meet back up at before soundcheck. Grabbing Mani's hand I led her in a random direction causing her to laugh at my eagerness.

"Oh oh babe lets get on 'The Mummy'!" I excitedly pulled my girlfriend towards the ride.

We walked towards the express lane to get on the ride. When we got there we saw Lauren and Camila standing in the line. "Walz! Ralph!" I screamed at the 'couple'.

"Damn it Dinah why are you so loud." Lauren said with a scowl on her face. She hates when I randomly shout out like that, it's funny because she still doesn't know that the only reason I do it is because I know it will piss her off.

"Oops I didn't know I was loud my bad." I smirked.

"Guys I'm scared I don't think i can get on this ride." Camila said nervously.

"Aww don't worry babe if you get scared just hold on to me I won't let nothing bad happen to you." Lauren pulled the other Cuban girl into her.

"My OTP is so fucking strong." I sniffled only to receive a giggle and a middle finger from both Cubans.

"Step this way ladies." The ride attendant lead us towards the front of the ride that consisted of 2 rows with 4 seats on each row. We all climbed in and waited for the attendants to strap us in.

"Dinah if I die on this ride just know that I love you." Normani said dramatically. I rolled my eyes and grabbed her hand. "Bear calm down your not going to die. If it makes you feel any better you can choose the next ride. Okay." I promised.

Before she could respond the ride started moving causing her to subconsciously squeeze my hand. The ride was moving slowly through the dark tunnel and creepy music started playing. We came to a complete stop causing everybody to look around confused.

"This is the end of your ride." A ominous voice echoed before the ride dropped low. There was so many dips and turns I barely had time to catch my breath. "Dinah I'm going to kill you!" Normani said squeezing the life out of my arm.
