earlier that day...

dan stood backstage awaiting his groups performance. the music stopped, meaning it was his turn up. he fixed his hair one last time and followed the others to the stage.

the music started and he started the dance. (writing details about the dance makes me uncomfortable cause then i have to imagine dan doing it use your imagination)

midway through the routine, dan locked eyes with one guy in the crowd. he had bright blue eyes and raven black hair. the boy was here watching very intently, he must be gay.

"time to put on a better performance.." dan thought.

the dance ended and dan walked off stage to his dressing room. he threw a pair of sweatpants and a t shirt over his performance outfit.

he left to the bar, he stood there waiting. he hummed along to a tune playing in his head, right as he got up to order his drink, dan saw the black haired boy from earlier.

"h-hi.." the boy stuttered.
