Sabine's POV

I was in a lot of pain right now. My dad, Grand Admiral Thrawn was here with me.

"Hurt everywhere, dad." I whimpered.

"Shh, it okay." He said then turned my head to the side. I felt a disinfectant wipe clean a small spot on my neck. "Remember, it only hurts for a moment." He soothed. I knew what he meant by that though. I started to get scared and whimpering more and more.

"Dad, please no." I begged. I knew this needed done, but the moment it hurt, it really hurt. I felt the cold needle touch my neck and slowly pierce my skin. If it wasn't for my dad's strong grasp I would have pulled away from the needle. It started to hurt really bad.

"Dad, please take it out." I begged.

"Almost done sweetheart." He said as I stared to feel woozy. I felt him remove the thick needle from my neck and pick me up bridle style. My eyes began to close and I was left in darkness.

   Thrawn's POV

I set Sabine back in the bed and got her hooked up to the heart monitor, IV and breathing
machine. I hated when I had to knock her unconscious, but those wounds would only hurt more if she stayed up longer. I kissed her forehead then left.

     Ursa's POV

Thrawn had Sabine with him so I got Tristin and we headed to Thrawn's command ship.

"Mom?" Tristin asked.

"Yes?" I answered.

"How do we know that dad really has Sabine. What if it just an attempt to get us to visit." Tristin asked.

"I have faith in your father." I explained.

"Ha! That's a first." He said sarcastically. I rose an eyebrow and gave him a look, that made him shut up.

"That's what I thought." I said making the jump to hyperspace.

"I'm just saying, what if Sabine isn't there." Tristin said. I growled at him then looked at the blue lights of hyperspace.

Thrawn's POV

I was getting some food for Sabine since she hasn't eaten for a week. I walked in to see her sleeping, peacefully. I set the tray down and sat down in a chair beside her.

"Sabine." I said lightly. I heard a gentle groan. "Wake up." I said softly. Her big brown eyes opened slightly then she pinched them closed again.

"Dad, I don't want to wake up." Sabine said.

"Your mother and Tristin will be here soon. You need to eat." I told her while handing her the tray of food. She begrudgingly took it and started nibbling on it.

"Why are they coming?" She asked.

"To see you." I answered. She set the tray aside and sighed. She looked at the ceiling and I could tell she was lost in her thoughts.

"Sir, a Mandalorian Starfighter just entered the system and requested permission to land." My com chirped.

"Let then come and escort them to my position." I commanded.

"Yes, Grand Admiral."  It chirped then cut the line.

"Looks like company is here." I told my daughter. She looked away and sighed.
