'The recording'

Bomi and I just finished eating our lunch and now I'm heading to the CEO's office while she have to go somewhere else. The CEO and I have some major things to discuss together with some other staffs.
When I arrived at his office the CEO let me sit on the chair as we waited for the Music Video producer, Photographer and other staffs.
"So Chaeyoung, Did the boys already finished practicing their songs and choreographies?" Bang PD-nim asked me.
"Yes. They've been pretty much practicing for the whole month already so I'm sure that they already mastered it." I answered him.
"Ah that's very great to hear. Let's just wait for the other people to come so we could discuss what to do next." He said and I nodded.
*knock* *knock*
"Oh it must be them already!" He said and opened the door.
"Annyeong Haseyo Bang PD-nim!" The MV producer and the other staff greeted him.
"Hello everyone! This is Chaeyoung, the boys' new music producer." He said and pointed at me.
Those people greeted me and so I greeted them back politely.
"Come and sit down everyone so we can discuss what we needed to do." He told us and we just followed what he said.
"So the boys currently finished practicing their songs and dances after a month and now it's time for them to record their songs, film their Music Videos and take their Photoshoots before we drop the teaser pictures and video." The CEO explained and we nodded.
"So when are they going to start recording their songs, music videos and photoshoots?" One of them asked.
"For their recording, it's gonna be next weekend and so do their photoshoots. Then the music video will be the weekend after those two." He asnwered.
"Do you have any ideas or plan for the music video PD-nim?" I asked him.
"Actually no, not yet but do any of you have a suggestion?" He asked us.
"Umm I do!" I said.
"What is it Chaeyoung?"
"Actually we could based them in some books and movies. Like so, their fans can create theories that could connect their music videos together like a puzzle." I suggested.
"I like that idea!" PD-nim said and the others agreed.
"For example, their song 'I need you' can be connected by the main songs in the two next album they're having. So like, the 1st album will be the Prologue, 2nd one will be the Middle and the 3rd one will be the Epilogue. That's honestly my plan since day 1." I explained to them.
"Chaeyoung you are seriously so brilliant! I'm lucky to have you in my company!" Bang PD-nim said, complimenting me.
