Part - 10

Sanskar and Adarsh entered Raglak room. They found Ragini sleeping in Laksh's arm still sobbing and clutching his shirt tight. Laksh was caressing her face. "Lucky", Adarsh called him. Laksh saw them and gave  a bitter smile and turned his gaze to Ragu again. "I am scared bhai" his voice was breaking. You should have seen how much she struggled. I just wanted to kill the mother and daughter. Why are they still behind her. Why can't they let us leave in peace.

San: because of property

Lak: What?? Bhai what are you telling

San: Yes Laksh. Janaki ma was from a rich  family. And being the only daughter to her parents she was the sole propreitor to a vast empire. This was not liked by her chacha's family and her brothers tried to seize them. Later they were sent to jail for their deeds. Janaki ma then made a will saying that the entire property would go to Ragu on her 21st birthday. Sumi ma got to know this only before 10 days when she over heard papa and dadi talking. Now she has got a deal from Janaki ma's brother to hand them over Ragu and they would get 10% of the property which sums to around 10 crores.

Laksh was now too shocked to react and they saw a pfetrified Adarsh. Laksh jerked him bringing his senses back.

Adi: Sanky how did you get to know this

Sanky: Bhai I had appointed a private detective and just before an hour I got these details. He had sent me their convo at the coffee day yesterday.

Laksh: Bhai. My intution is correct then. And only a month remaining for her 21st birthday. I can't take any risk bhai. I only want my Ragini to be safe. He just held her so close that even air could not pass and kissed her fore head.
Adi: Oye stupid atleast allow her to breath man. Don't you dare hurt my doll, saying this he slightly moved her from him and caressed her face
San: Lucky relax. We should be very careful in each and every step. We donno who are all involved in this. But yes one of us will always be around her.
Adi: You are correct. Also if we tell this to others they would be over protective and it would cause doubts. What say Laksh. That was when they saw Laksh lost in his thoughts and looking at his love intensly.
Sanky: Lucky please relax. You have to be brave
Lak: Bhai I am no more the old Lucky but Laksh,Ragini's Laksh. I don't know when bhai but she bacame my world. I cannot even imagine a second without her. Her presence her happiness is all I want. I know that we have enough money ourselves. But still I want to give her her right her mother's blessing. I will fight  the whole world only to see her smile. I just wanna destroy those witches. They had made her suffer a lot and now it's pay back time. But Sanky, yaar tell us the truth.
Sanky: Lucky. I know where you are coming but I feel the sinster should get punished for the sins. So just stop thinking about me and we have to make a plan soon Oh I forgot to send an important mail to office. I will just come. Saying this he rushed out without meeting his brother's eyes.
Adi: Lucky he is just pretending to be strong but deeply hurt indide.
Lak: Yes bhai. Everyone thinks that Swara is a boon to him and she was the one who helped him heal his wounds but she just backstabbed him. I donno how he is gonna recover.

  After sometimes all the men except Laksh had gone for work Ragini woke up and saw Laksh who was also sleeping holding her close. He got up with her movement. My bacha woke up he asked her pecking her head. She smiled and cuddled to him. Shall we go for lunch he asked her. Later he requested his mother to get their lunch to their room. They spent some quality time and Laksh was ablw to divert her a little. It was evenibg. There was a knock at the door and Shomi came along with Swara. They brought them tea and snacks.Laksh was still having her in his embrace. Seeing them Ragini hid herself in him. Swara was so frusturated seeing them close. Shomi then started

Shomi: Laksh beta you could have gone for work. We all are here right.
Laksh(uninterested tone): Ma please. I know what to do. Nothing is important to me than my wife. I made a mistake once by ignoring her. I will never repeat it again.
Swara: Laksh come on. Ma is just concerned about you. You need a break too and likewise our family too. Why don't we send her to baadi for somedays. Even ma,papa and dadi want to spend time.AP Pari and Sujata also came and stood outside without their knowledge.
  Listening this Ragini started tearing. "Laksh please I will not go. I will be a good girl". Laksh was already frustrated and her tears increased his anger. He gave a glare to Swara who gulped in fear. Shomi was also scared to see the rage in his eyes.

Lak: Ragu look at me. I will never ever leave you ok. Now stop crying bacha. He wiped her tears. See Pari bhabi wants to show you something. Go to her.

  But Ragu was not even moving and was cuddling to him crying. He was not able to see his life stuggling. He was consoling and soothing her.  This irked Swara and she started yelling.

Swara: See for yourself Laksh. This selfish girl will neither live not let the others live. Why do you want to waste your time,energy and more importantly your desires. And only because of her Sanskar is still avoiding me and ignoring me. He feels guilty as he thinks he is responsible for her condition. She is always an attention seeker and I am the one suffering always. It would have been better if she haf died in that accident and left our lives. It is still not late. Saying this she was about to pull Ragini. Ragini got so scared and Laksh was holding her tight. Ragini started to get a severe panic attack. Swara still tried to pull her from Laksh but she found hersrlf pulled back with a force and saw Sanskar with blood shot eyes. He gave her a slap and before she could react another slap came from AP  and Sanskar finally slapped her so hard that she fell down rolling on the floor. She looked up to find the entire family seeing her with rage. Laksk AP and Pari were trying to control her but her condition started worsening. She started sweating profusely and her breathing was getting abnormal. Laksh immediately lifted her in his arms and ran towards the car. Adi started it. The others were following. Before living Sanskar threw Swara's bags and asked her to return to badi and informed the servants and security not to allow them without their permission.
