After a long time the Maheshwaris had a sigh of relief. They thought it would be very difficult for Sanskar and Ragini to recover but God has blessed them with massive happiness . Everyone were bombarding Pari with care competing with each other. AP shifted their room downstairs as she did not want to take any risk. Ragini prepared all her favourite dishes. AP & Sujata fed her. They thanked God for the millionth time to let this happiness prevail. Sanskar side huged both of them and told all their sufferings had come to an end. They caressed his cheeks.
   Ragini entered the room but was unable to find Laksh. He quietly came behind her and lifted her. Ragini was scared by his sudden action. Laksh put me down na. Please. He naughtily smiled at her and nodded in no. He then went towards to the couch. He sat there and made her sit ln his lap. Laksh why do you treat me like a baby she pouted. I am going to be a chachi now. I am so happy for bhaiya and bhabi. I cant wait to hold the baby. Laksh was admiring her excitement and childish act. He tightened his grip on her. You know what Ragu, you are an angel. The angel who has come to  spread happiness in our lives. You may seem to be grown up but you are still an innocent child at heart. How many times I have broken your heart, insulted you. But your love for me was,is and always unconditional. Both of them were tearing. Now I just wanna pamper you. I want to love you till eternity. I wish to give you all the happiness you deserve and make your dreams come true. Its a promise. RAGLAK PROMISE. Ragini could not control more now. She hugged him tight and broke down. He too hugged her back and weeped. After sometime they composed themselves and broke the hug. Laksh,Ragini said cupping his one cheek with her left hand and caresing his hair with her right hand. Please dont ever feel guilty. You were never at fault. You just wished to have a life partner of your liking. There was nothing wrong in that. But what matters to me is the love and care you have for me at present and I am really happy to get you as my husband. So you have to promise me that you will no more bring our painful past  in front of our beautiful present and fantastic future. Will you, she asked him innocently. He held her hand and promised. He saw the clock was about to strike 12. Ok. From this second no more rona dhona. We will burry all our past and welcome our wonderful future. Hmm. She nodded and smiled. It was exactly 12. He kissed her fore head and said "Wish you a very happy birthday my love". Ragini was so happy. Thanks Laksh she said hugging him. He slowly held her chin and made her face him. He brought his lips near her and they had a passionate lip lock where neither of them were ready to leave the other. At last they broke panting heavily and he nuzzled his nose near her neck and whispered huskily in her ear, I too want to have my choti princesses soon. And if you want I can help with your chotu prince too, he winked at her. Ragini blushed and turned completely red. She hid her face in his chest. He laughed and kissed her head.Ragu you are making me go crazy and lose my control blushing like this. Ragini hit him playfully on his hands. She then rested her head on his chest wrapping her arms around him still sitting in his lap. He was wrapping his hands around her waist. He took out her favourite chocolate and gave it to her and they fed each other.
    Laksh I am feeling so bad for Sanskar. He had fallen in love twice but his fate did not let him stay happy with him. One left him forever and the other back stabbed him. She wiped her tears from the corner of her eyes. We have to bring him a nice girl who deserves his love. Laksh too had tears in his eyes. Yes Ragini. You are correct. I know him better. He is just pretending to be happy. But dont worry. He needs some time. We cannot force him to a relation this soon. Already my ears were bleeding she winked at him and slowly freed herself and started running. Laksh who came out of his confusion state and found that she was teasing him. They jerked suddenly. Laksh made irritating faces while Ragini giggled. Bohot hassi aarahe na tume..and before he could complete they again heard knock. Laksh stamped his foot and went to the door. The moment he opened the door, the entire family except Pari who had slept rushed in shocking him. They were fighting with each other as to who will first wish her. I am the eldest so I will wish my daughter first DP fought like a small child. Everyone were shocked to see this side of him. No way bade papa, Uttara jumped. I am the youngest so I will wish my bhabi. She is my best friend first so I have more rights Sanky popped up. Ragini took blessings from elders. They all left one by one giving a teasing look to Laksh who just faked a smile in embarassment. Uttara and Sanky thought of teasing more. Bhai, Uttara said. Ragini got tensed and rushed to him rubbing his back.He saw his siblings with a please look. They burst into laughter and got up. They hugged and wished Ragini once again. They turned to go out when Uttara suddenly turned back. Laksh immediately folded his hands in front of her and she left shrugging her shoulders while Sanky followed her giggling. Laksh immediately shut the door. Sanky and Uttara hi fied laughing. All troubles gone at last, Laksh said to himself.
   Ragini was laughing at her husband's antics. Laksh was mesmerised by her and he moved towards her with his slaying smile and intense gaze. Ragini sensed his gaze on her and stopped laughing. He moved towards her and pulled her towards him by her waist. She landed on his chest. He wanted to tease her. So with a serious face and rude voice he said, You were enjoying seeing my situation few mins before right, laugh now na wifey with a serious smirk.Ragini was just looking at him. I am sorry Laksh. She said nervosly. Did I hurt you, tears formed in her eyes. Laksh could not take it more. He immediately took her in his embrace. Ragu come on dear. How can you even think that you hurt me. I was just playing with you mera bacha. He cupped her face and kissed her fore head. She smiled. He then lifted her in his arms and placed her on the bed and he too layed beside her. She placed her head on his chest while he wrapped his arms on her. Laksh do I weigh nothing. You seem to carry me without any difficulties. Laksh rubbed his nose with hers and said. Wo kya hai na bacha see my biceps. I have been gymming for a long time and so I can even lift your dadima with ease. Ragini saw him with shock and both burst into laughter. I love you Laksh. I never imagined my life to be so colourful. I often forget my birthday because it was not any special day. My papa has not even wished me for any of my birthdays. Till ma was there she would celebrate with me. But after 14 years I have got this happiness once again. It is all because of you. Everyone here makes me feel special. I was the only child and I grew up to be a reserved girl. You came to my life as my lucky charm my knight. I then got a mother's love from ma and chachi. A father's care from Papaji and chachaji. Pari bhabi and Uttu as my sisters. Adarsh bhaiya as my saviour and a protective brother. Sanky was my first friend. And Laksh you are my solace. Thanks again for coming in my life and than...before she could complete Laksh started kissing her madly. She was initially shocked due to his sudden action but later reciprocated with equal passion. Laksh was wiping her tears which were flowing due to excessive happiness. They broke the kiss. Ragu how much you speak haan, chatterbox. But I know how to stop you he winked Ragu pouted while Laksh smiled and pinched her cheeks lovingly. Bacha, I promise hereafter not only your birthday but each and every day will be your special day. And haan no more thank you's between us. If you wanna thank me do it in action ok he naughtily smiled. They spent some quality time and Ragini slept in his protective embrace. Laksh caressed her hair and kissed her head. Ragu I am sure this birthday will be your most memorable one. There is a surprise for you. Later he too dozed off hugging her.
     The morning sunrays disturbed the sleep of our cute couple. Both of them woke up at the same time and smiled. Good morning Laksh Ragini cuddled to him kissing his chest. Good morning my jaan and happy birthday he wished her pecking her lips. Both saw the time and woke up shocked. Both ran to the washroom at a time. Suddenly Ragu shouted Uttu. Laksh jerked and turned back and found no one. He understood his wife's prank but it was too late as Ragu closed the door. She then came out with wet hairs wrapped in a bathrobe. Laksh came to her mesmerised but she managed to push him in the wash room
  Ragini opened the cupboard and saw a gift pack labelled to the most beautiful angel on this earth from her prince charming. She unwrapped it carefully. It was her first gift from her love. She saw a beautiful royal blue lehanga with all the matching accessories. She wore the lehanga and was struggling with the blouse strings. Laksh came out wearing a royal blue shirt and black pants looking handsome. He saw her struggling and helped her to tie. Ragini was feeling current passing through her. She was shivering as his wet hands were passing through her bare back. He then turned at her towards him. Looking gorgeous my angel he said and pecked her fore head. He helped her wear her ear rings neck lace and bangles. She left free hair. He kept her bindi between her eye brows. Filled her maang with sindoor and tied the mangalsutra
He went on his knees and took her right leg first. Ragini was hesitant but Laksh requested her to allow her. He took a beautiful anklet from his shirt pocket and tied them. He then stood up and held both her shoulders. Perfect, he smiled. Both of them took selfies and went down hand in hand.
  The entire family was waiting for them. Sanskar had gone out in the morning for some urgent work and that he would return soon. Everyone were dumbstruck looking at Ragini's beauty. She came and took blessings from the elders. AP kept a dot of kajal behind her ears to protect her from evils. Ragini beta you are looking so beautiful Sujata said. Pari hugged Ragini wishing her. They completed the pooja. Shekar and dadi came to MM
  Ragini got their blessings and dadi wished her. Shekar came and kept his hand on her head. Beta you should be thinking why papa never wished for your birthdays na. You ma and I always used to fight as to who is gonna wish you first and she succeeded all the years. It was really difficult for me forget her and come out of her thoughts. But now I realise how mean and selfish I had been all these years. I ended up hurting my kid in all these years. Janaki's soul is never gonna forgive me for all these. But beta from now on I will never be the selfish man. I should have cherished the memories but inturn I had killed them. But past is past. I will from now on be a dutiful father. Happy birthday meri bachi. He said and kissed her fore head. You are just like your mother. So beautiful inside and outside. Will you forgive this stupid papa of yours. He was in tears. The entire family present were in tears. Ragini gave him a warm smile amidst her tears and hugged him tight. Everyone composed themselves and sat for break fast when Sanky entered. AP and Suji who saw him in the door step smiled but the next moment they were super shocked.
