👽Carson's P.O.V👽

School is such a bitch.

Teenagers are forced to school everyday and are given—scratch that, practically drowned into assignments, projects, and expectations of parents.

I think its stupid how people summarize the intelligence of each person into measly numbers when its so much more than that.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard someone sniffling and some laughing.

I could feel my brows furrow in confusion. I skipped my first period and the halls were practically deserted.

I decided to be nosy son of a box—pardon my french and peek into the corner.

There were two boys, jocks to be specific, standing infront of girl who was on the ground with books scattered.

I couldn't see the girl's face but I can make out her hand patting the ground as if looking for something.

"Aww, look at that Den. She's looking for her glasses." Jock #1 mocked, laughing slightly.

"Not only are you ugly but you can't even see shit for real hahaha no wonder no one likes you," Den piped in, patting the other guy on the back.

They were both populars, I could tell by their narcissistic aura and choice of words.

I could feel my blood boil and without even a second thought walked in on the scene.

"Funny how boys this days seem to think that bullying a girl is still cool. Like hello? It's senior year not elementary," I playfully said, walking to the girl's side.

I couldn't see her face since it was covered by her hair and I bent down to pick up her glasses which was a few feet away from her.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing Carson? Mind your own business." Jock #1 sneered, glaring at me.

I stood up unfazed,"I could be your biggest nightmare if you want." I smiled, showing of my pearly ones.

Den seem to caught unto my words and pulled Jock #1 back with a shook of his head.

They couldn't touch me and they knew why. Nobody messes with a Stiles and they'd be too dumb to try and step on that line.

They both glared at me before turning around and walking away. I turned my attention back to girl who was still on the ground.

Crouching infront of her, "Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" I asked, concern lacing through me.

I held back a gasp when a gorgeous shade of lively green eyes met my brown ones.

My eyes traveled down to her nose that was lightly feathered with freckles and her pink pouty lips that was bare of any lipstick.

My eyes went back to meet hers and I felt confused when I found it glaring at me.

uhm, tf?

"Why did you help me? I could've handled it," Despite her voice being soft, it had a firm edge to it.

"Handled it? Can you explain to me how you could've handled it when you were clearly on the floor struggling being blind?" I handed the glasses to her which she gladly took.
