Everyone went back to the Pokémon center where people stays for the night and heads to the balcony to figure out to get rid of dark aura of Hoopa's power instead of trapping it forever. "So, what you're going to do then?" Clemont asked. "We gonna head back to Arche Valley and sort things out." he replied.
"Hoopa's scare, Hoopa don't want to.....Disappear." Hoopa whimpered. "And that's why I gonna figure out the cause of this, if we don't find out this problem. Then you won't able go back to your true form!" said Baraz. After Hoopa hearing what he said which he became a rebel.
"Then I WON'T GO BACK TO ARCHE VALLEY ANYWAY!" angered Hoopa.

Then Pikachu's ears sense something nearby, a large mechanical arm stretch out and takes Clemont's invention with prison bottle in it. Everyone turned around shockingly and sees a giant meowth's head of hot air ballon passing through the roof of the Pokémon center. "TEAM ROCKET!!!" shouted Ash.
The trios laughing evilly as they successfully got the prison bottle. "Finally, it belongs to us now! Jessie claimed. "And we're gonna take it with us!" said James. "YOU MUST NOT TOUCH IT!!" warned Baraz. "Te he he he sorry bud, it's too late to warn us now, Pal." said Meowth as he pulls out the prison bottle from it's magnetic field and disabled. Then the bottle cap turns itself glowing red. "Huh!" shrieked Meowth as a dark aura goes to its body and get possessed. "Hey, how about a deal, we'll take Pikachu and you could have your bottle back." said Jessie. "Hey, sounds like a good deal to me." said James. "Once the twerp gives Pikachu to us and we take it all." whispered Jessie to James. "That's not bad at all!" he said. Meowth smiled with its scary facial with purple aura and red eye glowing opens the cap and the dark aura power sets free and goes straight towards Hoopa and it's torturing him. "Ahhhhh, No! Hoopa doesn't want to disappear!" he cried in pain. Shadow Meowth closes the cap and turn itself back to normal. "Whaa, What did just happened?" shrieked Meowth. "You just opened the bottle?" said Jessie. "I don't even remember doing that?" he denied. "Nooooo, I don't want to disappear, Hoopa doesn't want to disappear!!" he screamed. "Hoopa, Hang on!" cried Mary. "Hoopa! No!" shouted Baraz as they use their power to make Hoopa still from getting it's dark power.

But the dark aura itself used its force field like to push away Baraz and Mary from stopping Hoopa of getting its evil power. But the siblings continue to fight back of using Arceus's power to resist it. "Help me, SAVE MEEEEEE!!!!!!" yelled Hoopa. "Hold 'em off, Hoopa!" said Baraz. Hoopa fights it off while screaming in pain. "The power, the power is taking over Hoopa!" said Baraz. "The power?" said Ash. "Hold on, Earlier you said Hoopa's power was sealed on the bottle." said Clemont. "That's right, the power wants to take over the real Hoopa!" he said. Then the bottle is moving itself and shaking off from Meowth's arm. "No wait! You can't leave!" said Meowth. "You can do it Hoopa, stay strong!" said Ash. "Pika! Pika!"
Suddenly, the two rings from Hoopa's horn reach out and grasp it to his arms and lift up from the above of the Pokémon center. "What's going on?" said Ash. "Pika!" as Hoopa is still in pain and stretch its arms by force as the dark aura is swirling around faster. "HOOPA!!" yelled Ash. PIKA!!! As he use the magic ring and release the dark aura from its body and made a smile.
