Friends I

This friend sees a different view of life,

Doesn't have to deal with strife.

He says he's in it,

But does not know,

How far away he is,

From being the foe.

Yet we're still friends, It's clear to see,

Though sometimes he is arrogant, to me.

He simply doesn't understand,

The hurt, the pain, the final stand.

This friend still has a view of life,

It's just not filled with hate and strife.
