It has been four days since the incident at the club. Four days since I have spoken to anyone. Four days since I have been to train with Case and the guys. Four days since I've even left my room.

Eve had tried to get me to talk, even to just come out of my room for a little bit, but to no avail. I just wasn't ready to face anyone or anything.

Mike had been calling me constantly but I would never answer. He eventually got the drift and stopped calling. He had known me long enough to know that I needed my space and that I would tell him when I was ready.

A knock on my bedroom door brought me out of my thoughts. The door opened and Eve poked her head through the crack. When she saw me awake she pushed the door fully open and walked over to me, sitting on my bed.

"Hey. I know what happened to you brought up horrible memories, but you need to leave this room. Go out and get some food, or talk one of your old friends that you've been training with, or Zack even. Just do something Lettie, please." She begged.

I rolled over, ignoring her words and she sighed and stood up. I heard her footsteps walking away from me and I let out a breath. I heard the footsteps stop and then she was talking again.

"Just thinks about this Lettie. This is the second time this has happened to you and you needed to be rescued both times. You need to learn how to defend yourself and you're not going to learn just by sitting in here and moping." Tears were falling down my face and I heard her sigh again. "I'm not trying to be mean Lettie, you know how much I love you, but you need to face reality, and go back to learning how to kick ass." And with that she walked out and closed my door.

I thought about what she had said and I knew that she was right. I needed to get back to training because I hated the way I felt in that restroom. That feeling of being weak, and utterly helpless. I never, wanted to feel that way again.

I got up, wincing at the soreness that ran up and down my body. Barely moving at all these past couple days after being hit like that was not a good idea. I jumped in the shower, hoping to ease the pain and also because I hadn't showered in four days.

After getting out and drying off I pulled on a black sports bra with a grey tank top crop top, with black shorts clinging to my legs. I pulled my hair up into a ponytail and pulled on a black and pink sweater that matched my black and pink running shoes.

I looked into the mirror in my room and sighed at the cuts and bruises that were on my face, and I knew that there were similar bruises on my body that would be visible once I took my sweater off.

I grabbed my phone and walked out of my room only to run into a grinning Eve standing by the door. She pulled me into a hug and whispered 'good luck' into my ear. Nodding my head at her I mumble a 'thanks' back before pulling open the door and hesitantly walk out.

Being that I still don't have a car I start my walk to Case's place. It takes me a bit longer than usual because of my newfound wariness of absolutely everyone and everything.

When I get there the first one to see me is Tim and he's by my side in seconds, holding me tight to him in a hug, my arms wrapping around him just as tight.

"Where the hell have you been?" He asked me pulling back only to stop short once he saw all the cuts and bruises on my face. "Who the hell did this to you?" He sounded downright furious.
