Chapter 18: 9 months later

Recaps: Liza nodded as everyone stood around us and Bella's mom smiled at her as she stroked her head.

Isabella's pov:

I was already nine months along my pregnancy as I groaned, I had finally finished school forever now all I needed to do was to find a place to live considering Paul and Liza had bought a nice beach house and settled down along with getting married, Hunter and Hannah also got married and settled down, Drake and Kourtney were married as well with twins on the way, Zena and Zane got married and are having there second child in about a few months and me well I'm not married, I'm not  living in my own house, and I am most certainly pregnant with twins "Bella how do you feel baby girl" Cole said as he walked in "Ugh my back is killing me, my legs are hurting, and I feel like crap" I said as Cole frowned.

"Well my mom and dad want to see you" Cole said helping me up as we both walked downstairs and into the kitchen as I saw my mom, Cole's mom, his dad, and Pete sitting at the counter as Cole set me down on a chair "What's going on" I asked "Bella how would you like to live with Cole you and him together forever" Jace said "Uhm ok but why are you telling me this" I asked "Look back" Chloe said smiling along with everyone else as I turned around and saw Cole in one leg with a box and a ring towards me "Bella Jonson will you be my wife" Cole asked "Yes" I said with tears running down my cheek as everyone clapped and Cole put on the ring "Alright well me,Bethany,and Bella will go dress shopping once she gives birth I don't think we wanna buy a dress yet just in case she gives birth" Chloe explained as everyone agreed.

"I hope it's boys" Cole said "Excuse me no I hope it's both girls" I said "How about a boy and a girl love" Cole said "Seems far" I said as everyone laughed again "Well I'm off to go prepare the spot that the ceremony will be held" Jace said "I'll go with" Cole said as Jace nodded "Sweetheart stay with Bella and Bethany incase Bella gives birth" Jace said as Chloe nodded and they kissed as Cole came up to me and kissed me as I returned the kiss, after that Jace and Cole left leaving me,mom,Pete, and Chloe as we looked at each other "I'm hungry" I said as mom and Chloe chuckled "How about some pizza" Chloe said "Sure that sounds good" mom said as Chloe called the pizza place and ordered.

After a while the pizza got here as Chloe payed for it and we walked to the kitchen as we opened the boxes and began eating, once we finished I walked upstairs as mom and Chloe made sure I made it up ok as I nodded a yes and walked into the room as I laid down and felt tired as I fell asleep, I woke up to a sering pain as I got up and shut my eyes as the pain got worst and the next thing I felt was water "Oh crap" I said through heavy breathes as I heard male voices down stairs which belonged to Jace and Cole as I looked at the time 8:54 it said "Cole" I yelled and the next thing I heard was alot of footsteps as my door bust open and Cole rushed to my side "Are you ok" Cole asked "Cole she's in labor get on the corvette and take her to the hospital fast" Jace said as Cole carried me and walked down the stairs and out to the car.

Once we got in he quickly got into the car as I grabbed his shoulder and squeezed tightly "Hold on baby girl were heading to the hospital ok" Cole said as he sped to the hospital and I once again squeezed Cole's shoulder as he winced "Sorry Cole" I said "It's all good baby girl" Cole said as he got to the emergency spot and stopped getting of as he told a lady to stop and helped me off "She's in labor please help her I'm gonna park my car real quick" Cole said as the lady nodded and took me in as I gripped the sheets feeling another wave of pain "Get her some IV's she's having contractions" the nurse said as another one nodded and left as I shut my eyes again "Bella" Cole said as I opened my eyes to see him standing there as I extended my hand and he walked to me grabbing my hand.

"Your going to be ok" Cole said as I nodded and the nurse came back with the IV'S as she injected me and put the IV on as the other nurse walked in and checked something "She's by four she'll need to get to 10 before she can have the baby" the nurse said "Ok how do I got her to 10" Cole said "Well we could try water water and some massages" the nurse said as Cole nodded, after a while the pain got worst as Jace and Chloe walked out when the nurse said I was ready "Ok breathe in and out slowly and push" the nurse said as I obeyed and pushed "Ok stop breathe in and out then push again" the nurse said as I did what she told me to do and after a while the first one came out "It's a girl" the nurse said as the other one got a pink towel and wrapped her in it as she cried then I repeated the same steps for the second child "It's a boy" the nurse said as I smiled and looked at Cole who was crying.

"You ok Cole" I asked as he looked at me and kissed my forehead "Tears of joy Bella" he said as I smiled and kissed his cheek "I'm so tired" I said as the nurse looked at me "Get some sleep" she said as I nodded and fell asleep, I woke up to the sound of crying as I opened my eyes and looked around the hospital room until my eyes landed on the two little babies I had as I smiled "The boy has your eyes and the girl has my eyes" Cole said scaring me slightly "Sorry baby girl didn't mean to scare you" Cole said "It's OK Cole" I said as he smiled and went to the girl as he grabbed her and carried her to me as I held her "She's beautiful" I said "I named the boy Calvin you name her" Cole said grabbing a paper "How about Lillie" I said as Cole wrote it down "Lillie and Calvin Peterson" Cole said smiling "And Mr. and Mrs. Peterson correct" I said as Cole chuckled.
