(Marcos POV)
As the alarm rang at 7:00 am, Marco sat up. He sat on the edge of the bed for a minute. Why did he feel he was forgetting something? Was it a test? Did he forget to walk the laser puppies? He sat and pondered, and then he remembered.
"Oh" He said aloud to himself.
Today was the day he promised himself he would tell Star the truth: that he loves her. He had felt this way for some time now, and felt that she may have felt the same. It was a huge risk: two teenagers, one a boy, one a girl, living in the same house, one having rejected the others profession of love, what could be weird? But in the other hand. If it worked, if she loved him, he felt his life would be complete.(Stars POV)
She heard Marcos alarm through the wall. She smiled. 'Marco' she thought with a sigh. She got out of bed, threw on her green skirt, grabbed her wand, and went to her door. She paused, however, and looked at her wand. It was swirling between pink and green, as it sometimes did, but there was something... off. Both colors seemed more grey, like they were having the color drained out of them. She mentally shrugged it off, and went downstairs to find Marco. 'Just a normal day' she thought.
