Laine stared down at the chain made from a chipped tail light taking mass in the palm of her hand, gazing at it's beauty with some-what apathy. She internally sighed and rolled her eyes away from it, trying to distract herself from 10k. From the world, at least.

A zombie came walking towards her, letting her know just how old it was. She let it come closer, before putting her arm in the base of it's neck, unnoticeably dropping the chain, and holding it back enough to pull her knife from it's holdster. The brunette swiftly stuck the knife into the Zombie's head, frowning at the squelch.

"Walker,"

Laine whipped her head around to the voice, holding her knife out for safety precautions. Once she realized it was just Murphy, she groaned almost silently and punched his smirking vessel in the chest. "Best not to sneak up on people during the apocalypse!"

Murphy moved away, grinning at his victory in scaring her.
