Military (suprise in the end)

Scott's age:18
Mitch's age:17

"Scott we should talk." Rick said calmly.
"What's up dad?" Scott said.
"Me and your mother are enrolling you in the military." Rick said while Scott is tearing up. Scott has been dating Mitch for 5 months and he didn't know how to break the news to him.
"Why?!?" Scott cried.
"Because we said so, you leave next week so you better tell Mitch." Rick said sternly and Scott walked to Mitch's house. He knocks on the door and luckily Mitch's parents weren't home so Mitch answers the door. Mitch's heart shattered to pieces when he opened the door to see his boyfriend crying.
"Honey, are you okay?" Mitch asked as he pulled Scott in for a hug.
"My parent are sending me to the military! I don't want to leave you! I love you too much to leave you!" Scott cried and Mitch started to cry too. They both are on Mitch's bed crying their eyes out, then Scott calmed down a little and pulled Mitch in for a hug to calm him down.
"I don't want you to leave." Mitch cried. Scott began to sing to help Mitch calm down and after about 3 minutes, he calmed down.
"I don't want to leave either. I want you to know that I love you know matter what happens to me." Scott says.
"I love you too." Mitch said and Scott kissed him.

**2 years later**

It's been 2 years since Scott left for the military and Mitch missed him like crazy. Scott came home early from the military and wanted to surprise Mitch by asking him to marry him. So when Mitch wasn't home, Scott would leave him little clues to find out where Scott is.

Clue #1: On the mirror:
"You look at your beauty in the mirror every day, go to the place we go and play!"
(Not in a sexual way!😂)

Mitch saw the clue  and went to the park to see his see his next clue on a tree.

Clue #2: On a tree:
"Well done, you found your 2nd clue!:) Go to the place where we said our first I Love You's!"

Mitch went to the Starbucks 2 blocks down from the park to see his last clue on his coffee cup.

Clue #3: On Starbucks Coffee Cup:
"Yay you found your last clue mate!:) Go to the place where we had our first date!"

Mitch went to the dock to see Scott in his military uniform form and Mitch teared up and ran into Scott's arms.
"Oh my gosh! Your here! How??" Mitch asked with tears in his eyes. Scott took Mitch's hand and said

"Mitch, ever since we met in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory I thought you were so cute and funny. Then we became best friends, I started having a BIG crush on you and I wanted to be with you forever. Then I asked you out on a date in high school and you said yes, my heart lit up with happiness and then I took you here to watch the sunset and honestly that was the best night of my life. A week later I asked you to be my boyfriend and you said yes and I was so happy. Then we said I Love You at a Starbucks and everyone said awww, best Starbucks experience ever. And now I want to spend the rest of my life with you, so Mitchell Coby Micheal Grassi my one true love... will you marry me?" Scott had a little velvet red box in his hand with a ring. Mitch was crying and said "Yes!!"
Scott had a big smile on his face and put the ring on Mitch's finger and kissed him.
"I love you so much! I can't wait to be called Mitchell Grassi-Hoying!" Mitch said while Scott hugged him tightly.
"I love you too. And I can't wait to be called Scott Grassi-Hoying!!" Scott said while they watch the sunset just like their very first date.
