"Oh Soo Yeon, where did you go? Jong Suk was finding you all over the house!" Mr Oh came out from the treatment room and asked.
"Father! I..." Soo Yeon lowered her gaze in fear as she wondered how to tell her father that she had decided to live to the palace.
"What's wrong? Was Jong Suk angry because you left him?"
"Oh no... I will go and make dinner." Soo Yeon quickly walked away to the kitchen.

Back to when Soo Yeon left the green house.
Yong Jun came in to find the King after he was sure Miss Soo Yeon had left. He bowed to the King as Jo made his way out as well.
"Jo." Yong Jun called uncomfortably even though he had been calling that nick name for years everytime he accompanied the King out to town. "Are you sure about your decision?"
Jo simply turned around to give Yong Jun a look. "I know what I want."
The retainer bowed once again to the King as a form of apologies. He had overboarded his boundaries.
When the two had skillfully sneaked back in to the palace, King Tae Jo specially requested for Court Lady Kim to his chamber.
"Cheon na, Court Lady Kim has arrived." The servant announced outside the door.
"Let her in."
Court Lady Kim was an old servant that King Tae Jo trusted completely. She had been with him ever since birth and never once doubted the King.
"Cheon na, what kind of special day is today that you had called me in?" Court Lady Kim bowed jovially as she looked at the King.
"I have a special request to ask you." King Tae Jo smiled.
"Cheon na, whatever you wish for." The servant said.
"I need you to take in a student in Damiwon Palace. Please teach her the art of tea making." King Tae Jo requested.
"Yes Cheon na. You're wish is my command." Court Lady Kim simply bowed again as she left the chamber.

Back in Soo Yeon's house
It was already dinner time and Soo Yeon kept poking her chopsticks at her bowl instead of eating the food.
"What's troubling you? You have been weird ever since you got back from meeting Sunny." Her father asked in concern.
"Huh? Oh... Nothing." She mumbled.
"Soo Yeon ah. You can tell father anything."
Soo Yeon looked up at her father who was smiling gently at her. He nodded his head as he encourages her daughter to speak.
"I..." She could not find the strength to talk even though she had her father's support.
"What if... I mean what if... I said I want to go to the palace?" Soo Yeon finally spilled after gathering courage.
Her father banged his chopsticks on to his table as he scolded Soo Yeon. "Are you still wanting to learn tea making?! I thought I have told you not to have high hopes for it! You are my daughter, your fate is to be a physician!"
"Father, why are you forcing me to be someone I don't want to be? If I am your daughter shouldn't you let me do what I love?" Soo Yeon argued back.
"Enough! The topic shall not be brought up again. Eat your dinner." Mr Oh strictly said as he shut his mouth.
Soo Yeon felt injustice that she have to live under her father's shadows. She stood up from her chair and stated, "I am full." And ran back to her room.
The next morning, Soo Yeon refuses to talk or look at her father as she helped out with the chores quietly. Her father was strong headed as well and he refused to apologised for his behaviour.
Soo Yeon scrubbed the bowl harshly in the sink as she remembered the attitude her father gave last night.
"Ah Soo Yeon, we need your help in the treatment room." Young Shin came to the kitchen.
"Hmm!" Soo Yeon huffed and stomped towards the room. She opened the door forcefully, shocking Mr Oh and the patient who was lying on the bed.
"Young Shin, tell her bring me some catnip leaves." Mr Oh instructed emotionlessly as he poked an acupuncture needle in to the stomach.
Without waiting for Young Shin, Soo Yeon rushed out of the room to the storage and prepared a packet of herb.
The patient thanked Mr Oh as they came out of the room, just in time as Soo Yeon came back from the storage room.
"Young Shin, bring the packet of herb to me." Mr Oh instructed again without looking at his daughter.
"S-sir..." Young Shin was confused as hell to why the father and daughter were acting in such a cold way to each other. He took the pack from Soo Yeon and gave it to Mr Oh.
Mr Oh smiled kindly to the patient as he walked him out of the door. Young Shin immediately turned to Soo Yeon and questioned her.
"Did the both of you had a fight? Aigoo Soo Yeon ah, you're making my job difficult!" Young Shin complained.
"Sorry for involving you, Young Shin."
He sighed in defeat as he wishes, "Whatever it is, hopefully the both of you can resolve with one another. Anyhow, you both are Father and Daughter. If you can't forgive one another, who else can?"
Soo Yeon thought deep about the statement Young Shin had made and felt guilty instantly. He's right, it was Soo Yeon's fault too for shouting at her father.
That night, Soo Yeon made red date tea and headed for her father's room. She knocked on the door and waited for her father's approval.
"I have made some red date tea for you." Soo Yeon said as she places the tray down. She took the pot and poured a cup for her father.
"So you have finally came to apologise to me huh?" Her father said.
"Father, this is the last time I'm making tea for you." Soo Yeon started as she waited for his reply.
"I'm glad you're finally giving up on tea making." Her father said as he drank down the tea. He knew how good the tea tasted but part of him just doesn't want her daughter to leave him.
"You're wrong father. I am leaving for the palace. I am quitting as a physician." Soo Yeon said with determination as she clenched her fists.
"Absurd! You still don't learn your lesson!" Her father raged and banged the cup on the floor roughly until it cracked, cutting his palm.
"Why can't you just ask Young Shin to be your apprentice! Why me? I love tea making and this is what I'm going to do till the death of me!" Soo Yeon cried as she poured her misery out.
"Because you are my daughter! If you're not helping me with my clinic who else will?! Forget it! Just go! Leave! I don't need an unfilial daughter!" Mr Oh flared as he shooed her out of his room.
Soo Yeon ran out of the room disappointed and hurt. She locked herself in her own room as she packed up all of her belongings. She was determined to leave early tomorrow morning.
Mr Oh pants heavily in his room, tears forming in his eyes as the pain from his palm seared up. He was embarrassed of himself for making his daughter hurt. She had finally came home and this was how he's going to treat her.
He thought back to the memory of his wife who had died when Soo Yeon was seven years old. Mrs Oh loved making tea as well and Soo Yeon had her talent. But after she died, Mr Oh couldn't bear to see what his wife had left for Soo Yeon and forbidded her from going near those tea sets.
"It's all my fault..." He blamed as he cried.
