*Reid's POV*
"The planes about to take off. Anyone seen Mel?" Morgan asked.
"She said she was going to the station to get her messenger bag." Hotch replied. "She said she would be here soon."
"I'll call her." I said.
I took my phone out of my pocket and dialed Mel's number. The phone rang and rang and rang until finally, her voicemail cut in.
"Hey, it's Melanie Reid. I'm sorry I can't take your call right now, but leave your name and number and I promise I'll get back to you as soon as I can."
"It's me. Where are you? The jets about to take off. I'm coming to find you, stay where you are."
"Reid-" Morgan said.
"If I miss the jet, I'll catch it later. I gotta make sure she's okay." I told him. "I'll call one of you if anything happens."
I quickly got off the jet and raced to get one of the SUVs that was still in the lot. I climbed in and raced to the station. When I walked in, I noticed something. Mel's messenger bag with a note on it.
The note read: "I got her."
I felt my blood run cold. The mysterious letter send had got Mel.

*Mel's POV*
*Flashback*
I walked down the steps of the rented house in Vegas and into the kitchen. My new husband stood at the stove with just a pair of boxers and one of his button up shirts on. I walked over to him, half naked myself, and wrapped my arms around him, giving him a big hug from behind.
"Boo." I said, getting on my toes to rest my head on his shoulder.
"Hey." he said. "Morning sleepyhead."
"In my defense, someone didn't exactly let me sleep last night." I teased and kissed his cheek.
Spencer turned around and gave me a quick kiss on the lips.
"Good morning." he said.
"Good morning." I said back. "What's for breakfast?"
"Chocolate chip pancakes."
"My favorite!"
Spencer chuckled and turned back to the stove. I jumped up onto the counter next to it and watched him cook. His hair, which was beginning to grow back to it's long length, fell in front of his eyes every so often and he'd push it back behind his ears.
"I love you." I blurted. I don't know what made me say it, but I just wanted to.
"I love you, too." he said and kissed my nose. I giggled. "I can't believe we're married."
"I know. I never thought this would ever happen." I replied, looking down at my wedding ring. "You regretting it yet?"
Spencer let out a nose laugh and said, "Of course not. If I had the guts to marry you, then I must really love you."
"Same with me." I nodded. "I kinda swore off love after Justin."
"I'll never become Justin."
"I know you won't."
*Flashback over*
I awoke, staring at the ceiling. The light above me blinded me for a moment. I blinked a few times, waking myself up fully.
I was tied to a chair in the middle of a vacant room. My body ached, my head especially. I thought back to what happened.
I remembered we had just wrapped up a case in Georgia. I was at the police station to get my messenger bag. I was met by Officer Franco who tased me. That must be why my body hurts so much.
I put my head back and let out a loud groan. I knew what was going on. I knew because it had happened to me once before.
I was kidnapped yet again.

*Reid's POV*
"What do you mean she's been kidnapped?" Morgan asked. I had video chatted the team with Mel's laptop immediately after I found her messenger bag and the note.
"When I got to the station, I found her bag with a note. 'I got her'." I said. "She's been kidnapped, we have to find her."
"Who would kidnap Mel? Justin's dead and, for all we know, his family is in New York. They wouldn't fly all the way to Georgia just to kidnap her. That's way out of their range." Blake said.
I sighed. I guess it was time to tell them.
I told the team about the letters Mel and I had received threatening to take away what meant most to me. Now I knew what it was. Mel.
"Reid, why didn't you tell us before?" Hotch asked.
"I wanted to. Mel told me we should wait because we could figure it out before anything happened." I explained. "I should've told you guys, though. But now it's too late and you have to help me find her. Please."
Everyone looked around. JJ stood up, her arms crossed. I expected her to say something about not telling them what was going on, but instead, she said, "Of course we're gonna help you. What do you need us to do?"
I smiled.
"Thanks so much." I said. "I'll stay here and see if I can find anything that might point to who took her. Call Garcia and Jessica and asked them to look into the officers here. They are the only ones who could've taken her. See if there's anything fishy about their background. JJ, can you and Morgan look after Haley? I don't want her to be worried and, you two are her godparents, which means it's your job to make sure she's okay."
"We'll get right on it, Reid. We'll call if we find anything." Night said.
We ended the call. I sat back in my chair and looked around. There were dozens of officers here. Any one of them could've taken Mel. But they were controlling their expressions very well, not letting on if they had or had not done anything wrong.
"We better find her fast." I said to myself. "Who knows what's happening to her right now."
