Me and Shadow have been hanging out in secret for awhile now. My friends started to get suspicious but I told them I was seeing an old friend of mine. They believe me so I'm good. For now.. *RING RING*
I answer my phone to hear Shadows voice from the other end. My heart thumped loudly in my chest. And I could tell that I'm blushing a bit. "AMY!" Shadow yells snapping me awake from my daydream. "Huh?!" "I said..do u..wanna go on a date tonight..at Twinkle Park.." He sounds nervous..really nervous. Aww. "Y-yeah sure! See ya at 7 bye.." I squealed in delight. A date! My first actual date! I say actual date because my dates with Sonic years ago were just me tying him up and dragging him along. I can't wait! What am I gonna wear?! I run to my closet and frantically look for a cute dress. Then finally after about 10 minutes I find a dress he'll love!

SHADOWS POV ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My heart pounds in my chest ready to burst out as I walk up the steps to Amy's house. I knock on the door and wait. I hear running feet then she opens the door. My face reddens like a tomato. I also felt my nose bleed a little. I quickly look away. She giggles at my reaction. "Lets go." I grab her hand and chaos control to Twinkle Park. She gasps at the sight of the amusement rides and all the lights. We walk up to the gate and get in for free because they thought we were a cute couple. I think we both blushed at the thought of being a couple. For hours we play games and go on rides. We had a blast. Until we hear some people calling Amy's name. We both turn around to see her friends run towards us. I panic but Amy holds my hand tightly. What is she doing? "Hey Amy! Nice seeing you here!" A purple cat says. "Shadow?!" A blue hedgehog yells looking at me. Great. "Amy run! We'll get him!" The purple cat tries to grab her but she moves away and steps in front of me. "Amy?" All of her friends ask. (Cream,Tails,Sonic,Sally,Silver,Blaze,Knuckles,and Rouge are all here with them btw) "Shadow is no danger! He's really nice and sweet. I'm here because of him! He asked me out on a date. He have been hanging out for awhile. And if you think you guys are gonna take him away from me then your wrong!" All of her friends look at her, then me. Will they accept me? Or will they take me away from my Rose? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sorry for the wait! I want to say thank you for everyone who is taking their time to read this book.
