There is a third floor to the cafeteria, it's full of shops for clothes, groceries, furniture and anything else you can think of, besides weapons and alcohol (duh)
The places need to be run by someone, so you can get extra money by working at on of the food places or one of the stores, but you have to be 14 at least, and that's for the easy jobs like restocking, sorting, and cleaning.
