Dear beloved brothers and sisters... look around you... look at where you are living.. the view from outside... the family you are living with... food you eat everyday... clothes you are wearing allowing us to show our modesty subhanAllah! and then just imagine someone below you who may not even have all the above necessities essential for life.
We complain saying we don't have this branded phone, bag or clothes, but do we actually take time to look at ourselves at the blessings Alllah S.W.T has bestowed upon us?
So many of us are going through such difficult times and that could also be because either Allah loves you and is testing to see the decision you make: whether it will be right or wrong, OR it could also be because you are failing to distinguish the blessings Allah S.W.T has showered upon you! astagfirullah!!! May Allah not make us from among these people. Aameen
We can never truly thank our Lord for the blessings He showers upon us as he gives us unlimited blessings that are too many to even try to count! just like we get unlimited date, texts or a limited edition handbag our Lord gives us unlimited blessings! SubhanAllah...
And when we start to realize the blessings He bestows upon us... We start to feel this light blossoming in our heart: Allah's Noor. Then whenever we look around us again, tears should flow from our eyes and we should say "Alhamdulilah ya Rabb" because our creator has allowed us to understand the true meaning of Shukr!
That is the characteristics of a Mui'meen, a believer, a pious person. Suddenly worshiping and obeying Allah will not be as hard for us when we understand what Shukr really is and becoming a Muslim following the prophet's sunnah will start to fall in place! in shaa allah!!!!
