She made many new friends including a certain someone. That certain someone was (Y/N). He/she was her age and was also a pokemon trainer. They often trained together. Today was one of those days when they would have a pokémon battle to see how strong they are...

I was going to meet up with Plum near Po Town. "Hey Plum!" I exclaimed as I saw her walking towards me. "Hi (Y/N)." She said with a smile. I loved that smile of hers. It just made me melt. "So why don't we have a battle." I suggested. "Ok." So we began our battle...

I won and Plumeria was a little frustrated. "That was a great battle. You've become pretty strong Plum." I stated to which she looked to the side and said a simple "Whatever." I walked up to her and placed an arm around her. "Hey I really mean it. Next time you'll definitely win. You'll see." I assured her with a comforting smile. Plumeria's P.O.V

Does that mean he's/she's got feelings for me? That can't be true...cane it? "Let's go for a walk hey?" I heard him/her say. "Sounds good." I replied. We were walking walking through Ula'ula meadow when (Y/N) suddenly stopped. "Why-" I didn't get to finish as he/she placed his/her hand over my mouth and placed his/her index finger on his/her lips. Then when I was quite he/she removed his/her hand from my mouth and pointed towards the flowers in the meadow. I saw a bunch of Oricorio doing some sort of a dance. "Beautiful..." I whispered in awe. "Sure is." Was what I heard him/her say. We sat down and observed the bird pokémon moving swiftly and in sync with each other. I looked at (Y/N) and I realised he/she wasn't looking at the birds but at me. I blushed and asked "What is it?" He/she cupped my face with his/her hands and leaned in closer so that his/her face was an inch away from mine. "This..." He/she said before closing the small gap separating our lips. I hesitated but started kissing back. The kiss was sweet and passionate. After a minute we pulled away for air. He/she looked lovingly into my eyes and I smiled. "I love you Plumeria." He/she said and pulled me into a hug. "Yeah whatever, I knew it right from the start." I said looking away. He/she chuckled/giggled and with his/her index finger and thumb he/she held my chin and made me look at him/her. "Stop trying to act all tough, although I don't mind. When you act tough you look very cute..." He/she said and kissed my forehead. I blushed and gave in. " Alright maybe you're right...but you know what?" I asked. "Hmmm?" He/she hummed in response.
