spending time with her makes me want to stab myself in the eyeball with a fork
12th of March. 2017.
"This better be good."
"I will go outside and dally around until you come. Then I will walk in front of the toilet, digging through my bag and you'll knock into me." He tilted his head, confused. "I will accidentally drop my 'supplies' and you can accidentally kick them so that they scatter, with some of them going into the bathroom." He finally showed a sign of recognition.
"It will seem like I was trying to embarrass you and that girl will get the items anyways."
"Exactly."
"Two birds with one stone." I nodded. "And you're fine with dropping your supplies in front of the whole school?"
I shrugged. "Obviously you guys are already out to get me so what difference does it make. I don't know anyone here and no one knows me as anything other than a 'scholar'. Also, to be honest, its just for a year. After that, I will probably never see you all again. Unless we go to the same college.... Ugh. No I will not even consider that. But no, I don't mind."
He nodded.
"But I will change your plan so that nobody suspects anything while you 'dally'. I will walk out of here now. You will go through the door on the other side of this room, turn left and then turn left into the next room. Wait there until you hear a loud locker slamming sound and then walk out."
"Aye aye captain." He rolled his eyes and walked out of the room.
I followed his instructions and went into the dark room.
I was seriously beginning to get frustrated by the number of empty rooms this school had.
When my cue rang, I jumped a little, shocked. That boy slammed that locker very damn hard. Could he have made it any less obvious?
I walked out, making sure my pads were at the top of my bag.
What I was about to do was honestly every girl's nightmare.
Of course, I would get into a mess like this, I thought as I trudged through the hallway.
I made sure to avoid eye contact with Blake and basically every other person in the school.
I still didn't know who the other members of his gang were but I had seen what they had done – set a guy on fire, painted my chair with superglue and stole the emergency supplies of a girl. These people were not to be messed with.
I walked in front of the toilets, slowly. I hoped that there was no one else in there otherwise they would find out that I was trying to help the girl.
I feigned as if though I had forgotten something and pulled my backpack off my shoulders and began to rummage through it.
I should be getting a freaking Oscar for this performance, I thought.
I got so engrossed in rummaging that I didn't see Blake approaching me and when he bumped into me, I actually stumbled over and fell. My butt really hurt at that point.
A blunt ache shot through my butt.
Fantastic.
When I opened my eyes, to my horror, my bag sat in front of me with its contents still safely tucked inside.
I ignored the silent snickers and laughter of students in the hall as I looked up at Blake with wide eyes. He was also a little surprised but he took control of the situation quickly.
