.*3 months later Onika has been dealing with raising Rashad on her own even tho she has help from her mother Angie & Rosa it's just nothing the same when Kyree isn't around. She writes to him every chance she gets to*

Onika: Hello

Operator: Is a collect call from "Kyree Davis" an inmate at the Rikers Island prison facility do you wish to accept the charges?

Onika: Yes

Kyree: Hey baby I miss you so much

Onika: Nothing feeding Rashad he doesn't let me sleep

*She goes to the bathroom & does her morning routine & goes downstairs makes her breakfast*

Onika: It's so empty without you baby I hope your safe in there

*Kyree is laying on his bed & an officer comes to his cell*

Officer: Davis you got a visitor?

Kyree: I do 

Officer: Come with me *He opens the cell door & takes him down to the visiting room & he sees Daisy*

*He sits in the chair*

Kyree: What do you want now? to add more time away from my son?

Daisy: No I actually have some great news for you about your case

Daisy: Turns out the eye witness that say they seen you murdering Richard Perez wasn't tell & that means the charges against you have been dropped you are a free man
