As she walked into the cafeteria, she felt the warmth of the atmosphere. Looking at Jack, she smiled nervously as Lilly began to gaze in awe upon the delicious items. She pulled out her purse and opened it. She realised suddenly that she didn't actually have the money to get everything she desired. She got a bag of crisps, a pizza and some chips. She ate in the hall sitting with Jack, Ty and Jake. As usual the lunch hall was loud with students buzzing around there little groups of friends. There were the apparent cool kids and other genres of people. Lilly didn't consider herself as part of a typical genre. Instead she thought of herself a lone wolf type of person. But now she had people who were interested in her so, She smiled throughout lunch, thinking of all the fun that she and the guys will have.
Lunch was long. They all went off campus and hung around the town. They went to the cinema to watch a new film, they all loved it. Lilly sat next to Jack during the film, she was nervous and stuttered when he tried to make small talk, Her heart racing. After the film they walked around the town, Lilly never straying far from Jack.
After lunch they went back to the school walking through the wooden doors. Traversing the halls until class started. 'Twas science next, and Lilly sat next to Jack. He helped her with loads of the questions.
The next day they met by the fountain in the centre of the school. They sat there, talking about the Internet, when Lilly leaned in and kissed his cheek. Realising what she did, she blushed.

She tried to run, but Jack grabbed her arm and pulled her into his embrace. He whispered in her ear 'it's ok... I know how you feel.' He said this looking straight into her eyes... 'D-do you, f-feel the s-same?' She asked, stuttering. Her face bright red. 'Yes I do, will you..' He said confidently 'be my girlfriend?' He asked, still holding her. She stared into his eyes, shocked to hear this, 'y-yes, I'll be your girlfriend.' She said smiling, Jack smiled back. He leaned in, and kissed her quickly on the lips as the bell signified the end of the school day and the start of the weekend.
