She opened the door
And he stepped into his home.
Whispers echoed through the silence.
"Draco"
"Hermione"
That was all it took for the lovers
To collapse into hugs and tears
Kisses and words
of love and absence
Promises and presence.
"Mommy?"
A small platinum-blonde had
Appeared behind them,
Her eyes widening when she saw
The man on their doorstep
"Daddy!"
Her small arms encircled his neck
Their warmth seeping into his core,
He picked her up and reached for his queen;
The Red and Green &
Silver and Gold
trio united again,
After so long.
