A/n I know its been SUPER LONG since my last update. I'd like to apologize for that. So I've been planning some exciting new chapters, etc.

Enjoy!

It had been a few months since the incident. The first few weeks after Dan hadn't talked to me much. I felt guilty, he was my past. Not Dan's. Not Phil's.

Phil.

Phil had been taken into the police's custody. Dan and I, well mostly me, covered for Phil. Although, after the trial and the questioning there wasn't much I could do. I decided to drop all charges on Phil. He had a rough month after the incident but it's slowly coming together.

The three of us never really left the house, Dan hadn't uploaded in over three months, and I couldn't even get him to talk.

I felt Guilty .

-Present Day-

I woke up with a small yawn, "Dan..?" I  asked in a groggy tone.

"Hm...," He muttered burying his face in the pillow, "I'm getting up..," I laughed weakly rolling out of bed.

As I made my way down our maze of an apartment to the lovely kitchen I couldn't help but giggle at the sleeping Phil. I assume he fell asleep on the couch so I threw a pillow at him.

"Phil!" I whisper shouted in an alarming tone.

"HUh?! Y/N!? Wha - ,"Phil stared at me with sleepy eyes, "I hate you." He said in a monotone voice as I fell on the floor in a fit of giggles.

Shortly after a grumpy Dan came into the living room, "You two are so bloody loud.." He groaned flopping onto the couch.

Phil fell silent. I cleared my throat, "Any plans for today?"

"Do we ever have plans?"

I felt dumb. I looked at the boy before me, "Fair enough.. IM GOING AMAZON SHOPPING," I shouted running for the office.

I heard muttering then rapid footsteps just as I touched the office door two slender arms wrapped around me,

"AgH!" Phil chuckled from behind as he released me. I expected to look behind and see Dan, but he wasn't there.
