Winters POV

3 days later

"Hey sweet pea? Time to wake up love" I hear alex say and I get up "ok dad" I say and he helps me out the bunk and buddy runs to me and I crouch and I hug him buddy's gotten really big (at the top) "hey bud" I say sadly and he lucks my cheek "are you gonna bring him with you today?" Alex asks "yeah, how long till we have to go to Cort dad?" I ask "about an hour" he says and I nod and I wrap my arks around buddy and I sniff "I have to get ready bud, can you come with me? I'm still a little scared to go anywhere by myself" I whisper and he licks my cheek again and I smile and I kiss his nose and I get up and he gets up and I walk to the bathroom and he follows and I get ready

And I put some combat boots on and I walk out and dad comes up to me "hey its gonna be cold, here" he says and he gives me his jacket

"Thanks" I say and I put it on "you look beautiful sweet pea, and its your 16th birthday in a couple months" he says "yeah! I'm turning 16, but its time to go ain't it?" I ask sadly "yeah, but me, jack, blade and your mom will be there with you" he says and I nod and I sort his tie out "you look very handsome in your suit" I say "thank you sweet pea" he says and he kisses my head "c'mon sweet pea, let's get this over with" he says and kisses my forehead and I nod

When we get there

my layer comes up to me and hugs me and I hug back "ok winter, you can have two people with you and the rest have to sit at the back, who will sit with you?" she asks and I turn "dad? Mom?" I ask "I will sweetie" dad says "winter, I love you very very much, but jack has been with you the whole time, so choose him" she says and I nod and she kisses my cheek and I smile and "jack?" I ask and he smiles and steps forward "of course" he says "ok we'll head in, I'll leave you and blade alone for a second" dad says and everyone walks in to the cort room and blade walks up to me and takes my hands in his "your gonna win this princess and I'll be here the whole time" he says "blade, I'm scared" I whimper and he cups my cheeks "you dont need to be, I'm here, your dads here even pierce the veil are here, everyones here to support you, and everyone loves you, I love you, so win this" he says and he leans in and I lean in and our lips connect in a sweet and soft kiss and we part "I love you winter" he says "I love you to" I whimper and the door opens and dad walks in "its time" he says and we nod and blade pecks my lips and we walk in and I see you him the man who has taken everything from me, and I sit next to my dad and I keep my head down and the judge stands up "right, so what happened winter?" She asks softly "u-uh" I start as I start to shake "its ok take your time" she says "h-he broke onto the buss, he tried to get me but my boyfriend uh blade got to me in time, I had to climb out the window" I start as tears fill my eyes and I shake more "my dad and the guys got to us and d-dad punched him, but when we started walkin back, he-he put a cloth over my mouth and I passed out and *sob* I woke up tied to a chair and he *sob* he did 'stuff' to me" I sob "oh hunnie" the judge says "OBJECTION!" The guy yells and I flinch and I let out of sob and dad hugs me "what?" The judge asks annoyed "she wanted me to do it! She's 18!" He yells "how old are you darling?" The judge asks "i-im 15" I sob "and did you ask this man to do the stuff he did?" She asks "n-no, I begged him to stop, but he didn't, I begged him to let me go back to my dad, he took everything away from me" I sob "oh your poor girl" she says "THATS NOT WHAT HAPPENED!" He yells "oh shut up! Look what you've done to this poor girl! You've broken her and you've taken everything from her! My final decision, this man us guilty of sexual, physical and mental abuse, kidnapping and breaking and entering, the sentance is life in jail" the judge says "BUT LOOK AT WHAT SHES WEARING! SHE'S ASKIN TO GET RAPED!" The guy yells "what she's wearing is decent, and you just admitted to raping her" the judge states and he taken away and we all go out and blade runs to me and he lifts me up in the air the kisses me and I kiss back and he pulls away "you dis it princess!" He exclams "I did it!" I say back and he hugs me and I see my dad smiling and I pull away from blade and I hug dad "I approve 100%" he says and I giggle "well don't baby doll you did it!" He says and I smile and I pull away and blade turns me around and he kissez me and everyone 'awwwwws' and I kiss back
