The Worry Within

*At Lafayette and Alexander's flat*

Lafayette had barely gotten any sleep, when Alexander didn't come home he tried calling but found Alexander's phone stuck in the couch. Lafayette figured he should just drive to Thomas's house, it wasn't to far from the flat and he did know where the extra key was.

Lafayette had went to sleep really late last night due to worrying about his friend Alexander, he woke up after about 2 hours of sleep and got changed. He went to see if Alexander was home, when he found out that Alexander still wasn't home he started frantically texting Thomas.

*Thomas's house*

Alexander and Thomas were both still asleep in the same position they had fell asleep in but with less blankets which were now at their ankles. Thomas's phone all of a sudden started vibrating from text, Thomas nor Alexander were phased by it, they stayed in their deep sleep.

*Back at the flat*

Lafayette grabbed his keys and quickly walked out of the flat shutting and locking the door, he ran down the stairs to the parking lot. It didn't take him long to run out to his car and open the door. He owned a small little white car imported from France,and with it  being from France it was pretty fast.

-Time Skip-

Lafayette was at the mansion within a few minutes, he parked on the curb and quickly got out. He strode across the green lawn completely avoiding the curving sidewalk. He knocked on the door once, when no one answered he knocked for a while, he looked down at his phone.

The servants are off the clock right now...fuck

Lafayette picked up a rock taking the spare key from under it and unlocking the door, his heartbeat had quickened when he didn't see a sign of Alexander anywhere "Thomas?"  Lafayette called out to his French friend, they were no longer dating now, he wasn't even sure if they were friends. Lafayette looked at the stairs and made his way up, he saw light coming from a crack down the hall. He walked towards and pushed the door open "Tho-" he stopped in his tracks at the scene before him, clothes scattered on the floor and his friends and ex, just now ex, on the bed naked "THOMAS!" Lafayette yelled and looked away not bearing to see this anymore, but the visual was engraved into his memory.

Thomas sat up quickly as his name was yelled, in doing this violent motion Alexander stirred aswell "W-what?" Alexander said groggily looking at Thomas with one eye open, then Alexander saw Lafayette standing in the door way and rushed to cover himself with the blankets that were wrapped around his ankles. Thomas looked at Lafayette "What, how did you?" Thomas said covering himself as well  "WHY ARE YOU AND ALEX..WHAT!?" Thomas stuttered and didn't know what to say, Alexander looked up at Thomas then at Lafayette who had began to cry "Lafayette.." he croaked. Alexander and Lafayette were a minor thing, yes they were dating Lafayette was poly so he was dating Thomas and Alexander. Lafayette and Alexander had been dating for about a year and this was the last thing he had expected from the two. Lafayette looked up with hurt in his eyes "Alexander." Alexander winced, Laf never called him by his first name. Thomas looked between the two realizing something he leaned in and whispered to Alexander "Are you two...dating?"Thomas asked quietly, Alexander slightly shook his head and Thomas frowned. Lafayette wiped his face "Laf I- I'm sorry, it all happened so quickly and I didn't mean to hurt you I just..I was desperate.." Thomas glared at him "Oh so, that meant nothing." Thomas said sharply with a twinge of hurt in his voice. Lafayette looked at Alexander "Have your stuff out by tomorrow.." his voice cracked. Alexander looked up at him "Lafayette I don't have anywhere to go..." Lafayette looked at him then at Thomas "You seem to have this place.." Alexander sighed "I doubt that..." Thomas looked at Alexander sympathetically "A month...You can stay for a month or three, just until you get somewhere to stay." Lafayette looked hurt, Alexander nodded.

Lafayette looked at them "Tomorrow..." he repeated and turned to leave, he quickly ran out and drove home, in getting there he lay down and started to cry.

Alexander looked at Thomas "I..I..am so..so..so sorry, I didn't mean it like that I ju-" Thomas brought his face to Alexander's and placed his fingers under Alex's chin then kissed him softly. He moved back after a bit "Shut up." Thomas said and lay back down. The sun was just now rising, Thomas and Alexander were both incredibly tired from the night before, Alexander collapsed beside Thomas and cuddled up to him. Thomas put his arms around his hips and started to drift back off to sleep, Alexander pressed his face to Thomas's chest and shut his eyes.
