~
Love is patient.
It is kind, never envying.
Not boastful neither.
~
Proud nor rude to say.
Self-seeking or easily angry,
I think not at all.
~
Keeping no record
Of the wrongs of the other.
No delight in evil.
~
It rejoices truth.
It has always protected,
Trusted, and Hoped.
~
Love has always been
Preserved by and for us.
Love will never fail.
