So an hour later and one and a half bottles of bourbon later Ray looked like a human dartboard. Stefan was sitting at a table opposite swirling a dart in a glass of liquified wolfsbane. The unknown number had called only one more time thankfully.
I looked over towards Stefan to see him throw a dart at rays neck I tore my eyes away as Stefan walked up to him. Dad was sitting next to me now, watching Stefan in amusement. Just like he did in the 20s.
A girl with brown hair came over to dad "hello mr Klaus" I snorted at what she could him "I have some more information for you" I stared at my glass pretending that I wasn't listening although I'm sure dad knew I was. "I saw the guys brother Damon at the farm house."
Dad was pissed "well thank you Claudine. You just tell your friends to keep up the good work with the neighbourhood watch." Interesting. The girl walked away and Stefan appeared in front of dad. I got up and walked over to the pair of vampires wobbling a little.
"He's getting closer" dad said "I'm going to have to deal with that" he made a move to the door, Stefan grabbed his arm "no, no, no let me handle it"
Dad turned around "why should I let you leave"
"Because you know I'll come back."
"Do I."
"You saved my brothers life I'm in your service."
"Oh that all sounds so tedious and indentured, aren't you even having the least bit of fun."
"No" I slurred leaning in the bar, dad sent me a glare clearly knowing that I was drunk.
"I'll make sure that my brother doesn't bother us anymore." He walked out of the bar clearly going back to mystic falls.
"Now just to sort you out" dad muttered under his breath turning to me "bottle" he said holding his hand out,
I giggled shaking my head "no."
He sighed walking over to the bar tender "do not serve that girl another drink do you understand" he compelled him. "I understand" he replied in a monotone voice.
"Well that was mean" I pouted, behind me one of the bar lights exploded. The reason I don't get drunk very often apart from the fact that my family hates it, is because when I do my powers get a little out of control.
Dad sighed rubbing the stubble on his chin. "Your such a handful"
"But worth it" I smiled. He took my drink downing the contents and throwing the bottle against the wall. I could already feel myself sobering up, one of the downsides of being a hybrid it is incredibly hard to stay drunk.
"Sit" he ordered he then placed a glass of water in front of me "drink" I drunk all the water. "Happy" I said tilting my head to the side and giving out a sarcastic smile, he shook his head and turned his attention to Ray.
I pulled my phone out of my pocket and was about to call Anna, my breath hitched in my throat reality hitting me Anna was gone, no more midnight calls, no more random trips to Paris and no more getting told off by Lexi whenever we acted like five year olds. The black screen of my phone lit up showing the unknown number calling.
