I ship this is because of book nine of WOF, Talons of Power. Kinkajou likes Turtle and Turtle liked Kinkajou!!! Peril doesn't even LIKE Turtle! And Turtle doesn't even LIKE Peril! They were just friends, and I think it's not right that people have to jump to conclusions just because they flew around together for a bit. Their relationship was entirely platonic.
Cleril is better than Pertle because Peril at least LIKES Clay, and Clay has given off hints that he likes Peril.
