Silence.

Footsteps.

A soft knock on the door.

"Cloe, it's time to get up." A soft female voice said.

Silence.

A defeated a sigh.

"Breakfast is at the table." The soft voice muttered as she retreated from the door, defeated.

Footsteps fading.

Silence.

Eyelids opening.

Cream colored celling.

I stared at the celling as I remembered where I was.

Sighing I sat up and removed the dark blue cover from my body.

My feet hit the cold wooden floor, I shivered as the cold ran through my veins.

I moved my feet towards the another side of the room, and toward the bathroom.

My feet making soft thud sounds as I moved.

I opened the door the door only to see my reflection in the mirror, i quickly looked away but not before I saw my disheveled dark brown hair, pale emotionless face and dull green eyes.

I was starting to regret putting a mirror there.

I dropped my gaze down to ovoid seeing my reflection as I moved toward the sink.

The cold water wakening me as I splashed it on my face.

Turning off the sink, I wiped my face and grabbed a brush to untangle my hair.

After finishing brushing my tangled hair, I walked out the bathroom and to the closet to find something to wear and put on my washed out white converses.

I moved my feet in the direction of the kitchen.

"Cloe." The soft female voice said, as I entered.

My dull green eyes locked with honey colored eyes.

I nodded and brought my gazed toward the pancakes that sat on the table.

A sigh was heard as I sat down.

I didn't bother looking up, knowing I would see her disappointed face.

It was always the same.

I ate and went on my way.

It was a daily routine.

That's exactly what happened.

Before leaving she gave me money, hoping that maybe I'll buy myself something nice but I never did.

As I walked around, I spotted a bench and decided to sit down.

The wind whipped my hair onto my face and behind my shoulders.

Taking out my journal and a black pen, I being to write.

Not long after I felt heat of another body sit beside me.

I didn't look up, as to having no reason to.

The person beside me cleared their throat then silence took over once again.

After a moment of silence, I pecked from the corner of my eye as I heard words slip from the stranger's lips.

"Hi, I'm Harry."
