*Jessie's P.O.V*
"Alec...he's gone. The plane crashed....Alec is dead. I'm so sorry Jessie, I truly am".
Those exact words left my fathers mouth on December 24th, 2013...the day my twin brother...and my hero, Alec had his life taken.
"What...? NO!!!!"
I screamed as I ran up the stairs to my bedroom. My father bursts into tears. I slammed the door shut and locked the door. How could this happen!? Why would God take my brothers life!? I emediatly started bawling my eyes out. My brother was my BESTFRIEND. He was there with me through everything. He was my romodel. My rock.
"Jessie please open the door".
My father said through my door. His voice low and shaky. It was obvious that he was just as broken as I was. My mum had passed away less than a year ago of lung cancer...and now Alec. This can't be happening.
"No...leave.me.alone"
I spat back. Obvious hate for the world spewed in my words. And with that...I heard my fathers foot steps exit down the stairs as I heard the opening and then closing of the front door. I peered out my window, my vision blurry with tears, as I saw my father enter his car and drive off.

That incident happened nearly a month ago. My father never returned home that day. After I last saw him get in his car and drive away he was missing for 2 days. The police found my fathers lifeless body and his ruined car on the side of the rode. They said that they found numerous alcohol beverages in my fathers car and that he was hit by an oncoming truck. The impact killed him emediatly. Today I was to attend my fathers funeral. As I stand there next to my beloved fathers coffin a tear fell down my cheek. I was the only person attending the funeral. Considering my father had very few friends and no relatives still alive except for me. I placed a small white rose on top of his coffin and said my goodbye's...before exiting the church and leaving to go find a new home.
****HEY GUYS!!! Sorry for the short chapter. Actually I'm pretty sure that was only like 2 pages long ha. I'll update soon I promise. Oh and one more thing. I know this story is kinda boring at the beginning but after chapter 3 is when it gets really good. .
