Okay

Wow

I just realized how much I was out of shape.

Okay so to start with

I used to do swimming ever since 5 to... grade 4? 5? 6? I'm not sure exactly, but around that.

During that time, I was actually somewhat in shape(yes I know that's shocking considering that I basically die after running just one lap around the school)

Anyways so yesterday, my lifeguard Bronze Medallion Cross thingy at ARC started,

And

We were supposed to do a 500m non-stop swim(which is basically 10 laps, going back and coming back counted as 1 lap) and

After

Just

One

Lap

I felt like dying.

I was so shocked
I knew I was out of shape but not this much ahaha

Anyways I somehow managed to survive that

And the next day(today)

My body ached all over especially my arm and legs hehe but I still had to go to ARC because if I miss one class, just one class, I won't know the things I would need to know for the final test crap

And

Today

We had to do a head-up front crawl? Was that what it was called?

Anyways, it's basically when you're doing 3 laps of front crawl with your head over the water.

It was not as bad as the 10-lap, but still plenty horrible.

So

I have a test tomorrow

And

One more of training

And

Another written test on Friday.

I guess the 'break' in Spring break stands for 'break-your-sanity'
