"Shhhhhhhh," Yuki whispered. "I don't want to be caught." She then laughed and straightened up. Did I surprise him finally, she wondered. "Did I surprise you?" Yuki asked. She was trying to be cheerful, for Kaname, so that he didn't worry about her. She didn't want him to watch her fall back into the pit of madness she was in up until a few days ago...
Yuki drew her mind away from that. Kaname had asked her something, and she hadn't realized it... "whoops, sorry Kaname," she said. "I wasn't paying attention." "I said, are you sure your ok?" "Yes, of course, why wouldn't I be?"[This of course was a lie]She ran and yelled "race you to the other side of the meadow!" cheerfully.
She rushed away at that, and as she ran, Yuki looked behind her, not seeing Kaname flash right by her side. "Beat yah!" he teased as she reached the other side a second later. "Hey, not fair!" she jokingly complained. She hugged him then, holding him close to her, needing the comfort. As she held him, Kaname slowly bent down and tilted her head up gently, looking into her eyes, as if to ask permission to kiss her. She responded by lifting her head up just enough to kiss him [I do not really want them to be together, just have to keep adding up to the good things that are yet to happen] back. He slid his lips against hers, and she responded by opening her mouth a tiny bit, which started a flood of emotions and thoughts. "I shouldn't be kissing him! I should be kissing Zero!" her thoughts yelled at her. But her body reacted differently. He slid his tongue in between her lips and she heard herself moan softly and her mind went blank as she got more and more into it. As quickly as it had started, the kiss ended, before it could become more than just a kiss...

She pulled back from Kaname, and realized she was laying on the soft grass of the meadows ground. "Oh... " she gasped."How did we get on the ground?"I think I pulled us down," Kaname answered. "I think we should go now... Can we visit Father finally?" Yuki asked him. "I suppose..." Kaname sighed. "Well, if we're going, it might as well be now..." And with that they turned towards Cross Academy for the first time since they had left, weeks ago...
