Summer got dressed in her red long sleeve sweater with the school's badge on it, a black skater skirt, white knee high stockings, and black flats. She curled her hair and controlled it with a black headband. Tamika was dressed in a black plaid knee length dress with the school badge on it and brown flats while her hair was naturally wavy. Summer and Tamika were walking down the sidewalk to the school. They both had news to share with the group, but only one knew the other's news, and that was Tamika knowing Summer's.

"Guys, guess what?" Summer said, walking up to the gang," We have some news!" The gang stared at Summer and waited for her to talk. "We're going to New York!" She exclaimed," I'm going to visit my cousin and she says we can all stay for the Summer if we want, and my Parents spoke to your parents and they all said yes! And the best part, is that we'll be going to the beach house that my cousin's best friend's boyfriend has and there are 3 Beach houses so we'll get our own, her and her friends get their own, and the parents get their own!" Summer explained. Everyone was excited except for Tamika. "Tamika?" Everyone stopped jumping and looked at Tamika. "Guys, I can't go." "Why?" Esme asked. "I'm moving, to Florida." Tamika said gloomy. "Oh," Zack softened. "That's your news?" He continued. Tamika nodded. "I only came here to clean out my locker. This is the last day I'll be here. All the stuff is packed up at home. That's why I haven't let you guys come over lately."

Summer stood there blankly at her best friend. "H- how long have - y- you k- k- know?" She stuttered. "2 weeks. I wasn't allowed to tell anyone. I'm sorry."

Summer and the rest of the gang stood in front of the truck that would be taking Tamika the rest of her family to their new home. "I guess this is Goodbye." Tamika said. Lawrence said his goodbye first. "My brotha from another motha," Tamika said, saluting him. Lawrence saluted back," My sister from another mister." They did a quick sibling like hug. "Gonna miss you, Tamika." "You too." Esme went next. "Thanks for helping Lawrence ask me out." She thanked as she hugged Tamika. "You're welcome. I'm gonna miss you lots." "Me too." Then, went Freddy. "Sup." "I know you might still be able to get me for the pink hair prank," Freddy laughed," but I'll miss you cuz." "You too, Fred. But I'm still gonna get you." She glared. Then, Summer, who had tears in her eyes. She embraced her best friend. "I'm gonna miss you and our Girl Days, Tamiks." Summer cried. "I'm gonna miss you the most. And those sleepover cookies." Summer softly laughed at that. They pulled away after 5 minutes. "Tamika, hurry up. It's time to go." Her sister said. Tamika nodded," Okay." Zack walked up to her. "I know we broke up, but that doesn't mean I don't care about you. I'll always feel the same way towards you." "Me too, Zack." Instead of a hug, Zack stared at her for awhile. "What do I gotta do to make you stay?" He asked. Tamika smiled and grabbed his hands." Don't worry, Zack."

"I'll be back."

And with that, the truck sped off.
