I had just gotten back from my cousins house in Arizona for a month. I took care of their 2 children, and realized how much I loved kids.
I was also extremely lonely in my huge house by myself, with no one nice living nearby. I had a neighbor from the house on the left, but she was old and cranky and not much fun.
No one had lived on the right side in forever. So I was basically all by my lonesome. With my huge, supportive YouTube community.
I jumped out of the car and walked inside the old, brick building on the corner of the street.
"Hello, how may I help you?" The teenaged boy asked from behind the counter.
"I'd like a vanilla scoop please. Actually, make that double."
"Sure thing." He replies as he goes to make your icecream.
