Anyways enjoy. While rushing down the streets of Magnolia, (Name) sure hopes no one is following him. Sure he could look over his shoulder to see if anyone is following him, but there's a problem with that. The problem is that (Name) is blind so he wouldn't be able to see if anyone was trailing him. It's a problem in general that he can't see anything, but he'll just have to worry about his troubles later. There's business needed to be attended to.
Appearing into what he assumed what was the meeting place, (Name) entered into an alley way. He had to feel on the bricks of the buildings making the narrow alley way to make sure it was the right place. Going further on the narrow path, (Name) bumps into something which causes him to back up a few steps.
"I would say watch where you're going, but that doesn't really apply to you." A deep voice of a familiar man comments, seeming he's trying to hold back a laugh.
"I guess you could say that." (Name) replies in a quiet tone.
"Not in the joking mood, are you?" The man teases. "Then again you were never the joking type in the first place."
"What did you need to meet up with me about, Kano?" (Name) asks, wanting to just get straight to the point.
"Straight to the point as usual." The man named Kano says while letting out a sigh and begins to talk. "I'm pretty sure it's obvious to why I called you here. Since you've been in Fairy Tail for almost a year now, I want to know if you have come across any useful information we can use against them."
"I'm afraid I haven't. Fairy Tail might be a welcoming place, but they just don't share their secrets with everyone." (Name) answered rather reluctantly, making the other male become suspicious.
"Hmm there's honesty to your words, but you seem...hesitant for some reason." The older male points out in an accusing tone.
"I'm not hesitant about anything." The younger male responds in a defensive way and turns around. "I'm going to be leaving-"
Before (Name) could even finish his sentence, he was forced up against one of the brick walls. He could feel an arm pressed against chest which kept him from escaping. The blind mage didn't need sight to tell who trapped him in a threatening way.
"Can I ask why you're not letting me go, Kano?" He asks, trying to be as a calm as possible.
"I just want to remind you of something." Kano whispers gruffly into (Name)'s ear.
"What would that be again?" The other male replied, feeling uncomfortable with Kano too close for his liking.
"Bad memory much?" The older mage chuckled darkly. "Well let me give you a reminder: if you ever betray me in any sort of way, forget about getting your eye sight back. Hell, forget about even having a life. You would be dead if I caught you planning any sort of conspiracy against me."
(Name) doesn't even bother responding. He knows too well Kano wouldn't put up with any sort of betrayal. The mage has spent most of his lifetime serving under Kano. He witnessed second hand at a young age how his boss disposes of traitors. It was never a delightful event to take place.
"I take that your lack of an answer means you understand?" Kano questions.
"I understand." Was all (Name) could bring himself to reply with.
"Good." Kano responds with a satisfied smile while moving away from his hold on (Name). "I like having someone who's loyal. Just remember to do your job, alright? If you don't...we'll just see about that."
