Why Didn't You Tell Me Sooner? (Laxus x Shy! Reader) (Request)

To start off, (Name) is a very shy sort of person. Even though she's in one of the loudest and craziest guilds called Fairy Tail, she's always been the quiet, shy type. Of course she'll talk to some of her fellow Fairy Tail guildmates, but that's only because she knows them. If she were to be around people she doesn't know, her shyness will over come her and she will have a hard time keeping up a conversation.

So for her to have romantic feelings for someone, (Name)'s usual shyness levels sky rocket by a million percent. See she has a crush on the one and only Laxus Dreyar and whenever he's around she gets all flustered. Sometimes she will either walk away to avoid him or distract herself, hoping he doesn't notice her. Most of the time it works since she knows Laxus doesn't pay attention to her or that's at least what she thinks...

Now (Name) is hanging out at the guild with Natsu and Happy. The rest of Team Natsu were off doing something else, so it left Natsu, Happy, and (Name) to  have time to hang out at the guild. They were currently sitting at the bar and talking about whatever came up into conversation. Everything was fine until Laxus and his Thunder God Tribe, or fangirl/fanboy club as other guild members put it, arrive in the guild.

(Name) stiffens up when she sees Laxus. Laxus looks around the guild until he sees (Name) staring at him, causing them to make eye contact. When she notices she is making eye contact with her crush, she quickly looks away, blushing like mad. She doesn't notice the confused look Laxus had whenever she turned away...

"Aw come on, (Name)! You gotta tell him how you feel! That was just sad!" Natsu complaines since he saw everything.

"It really was!" Happy agreed. "Not to mention it was super awkward to see."

"C-Can you guys keep it down?! Someone might hear you guys!" (Name) worrriedly says.

"Oh, please he isn't gonna hear us. Laxus's fanclub is too busy talking about how great he is that he won't hear us." Natsu assured.

"Plus our guild is pretty loud, so you don't have to worry!" Happy assures as well.

"T-That is true..." (Name) admits quietly, knowing they're right, but still cautious if Laxus were to hear their conversation.

"Anways, you gotta tell him how you feel. You can't keep your feelings hidden from him forever." Natsu said. "I know you're shy and all, but you gotta have to gather the courage to tell him how you feel."

"Natsu, it isn't that simple for me. I can't just waltz up to him and confess my feelings. I'm not as brave as you are." (Name) explains.

"We could talk to him for you. That can save the stress of you having go up to him directly." Happy suggests.

"No, it's ok- Hey you guys get back here!" (Name) calls out to them frantically.

"That's a great idea, Happy! Let's go to him now!" Natsu excitedly yells, walking over to Laxus.

"Aye sir!" Happy excitedly states, following Natsu.

"D-Don't go!" (Name) shouts, grabbing Natsu's arm to keep him from going, but fails since he keeps trudging foward on the path to Laxus.

"You coming with us, (Name)?" Natsu teases as he keeps walking foward.

"I thought you were staying behind, (Name)." Happy says innocently.

"I didn't say it was ok if you guys to go tell Laxus I like him!" (Name) shouts loud enough for the whole guild and a certain someone to hear.

"What?" A deep masculine voice that could only belong to Laxus asks (Name).

'Oh shit...' (Name) thinks, gulping nervously when she realizes her crush heard her indirect confession of her feelings for him.

"(Name) likes my- I mean  our Laxus?!" Freed asks, shocked.
