"Dylan, you have to wake up." Luis cried next to Dylan's hospital bed. Luis had been in that chair every day for the past month. "C'mon Dylan, you have to otherwhise the doctors are gonna pull the plug. Otherwhise all hope is gone. You'll be gone. You're my best friend, please wake up." Luis looked at the clock. Tears kept streaming down his face. He knew Dylan couldn't hear him but he always tried. The doctors had informed him that if he didn't wake tonight it was over. It had been a month since it happend. A month of fear and pain. A month Dylan had spent in a coma. Luis turned his gaze to the television screen. He turned on the tv to try to distrect him of the motion less body. If the monitor didn't peep a once an a while you would think Dylan had already died. "Fifth harmony!" The voice on the tv said. Luis had been voting for the girls every week. He liked the 5 girls who were now walking on the stage.

"Wh....Wh.....Wh..." Luis looked at Dylan. His eyes were half open and stared at the tv screen. He looked pale and weak. "Dylan, you're awake." Luis yelled. A small smile appeared on Dyaln's face and he nodded. "I'll get the doctor." Luis jumped up and ran out of the room.

A doctor ran in his room. "Hello, Dylan. How are you feeling?" He asked. Dylan opened his mouth but now words came out only a few inhuman sounds. "It seems to be worse then we thought. Not only is he paralyzed but he can't talk either." The doctor informed Luis. Dylan's eyes widend. He didn't even know he was paralyzed. "He'll probably never be able to walk again." And after these words the girls on the tv sang: "Anything could happen." Dylan had to try hard not to laught or atleast smile. It was ironic. It seemed like the girls believed in him. Luis and the doctor were talking. So Dylan focused on the tv. The end of the song came. "You want to try that, Dylan?" Luis asked. Dylan turned his head slowly, not wanting to take his eyes of the 5 beautiful girls. He looked at Luis confused. "Do you want to try to learn how to talk and walk again?" Luis asked. Dylan first nodded and then shook his head.

He wanted to be able to talk again but he didn't care about the walking part. Luis understood and was ready to talk to Dylan again. But Dylan had already turned his head back to the tv. "Dylan, look at me!" Luis tried but Dylan ignored him and kept his eyes glued to the screen. Only after the girls had left the stage Dylan looked at Luis. "You should learn to walk for them." Luis said and pointed to the television. Dylan looked back at it and nodded slowly.
