"I'm grounded Will, I can't go even though I want to." Dylan repeated for the fourth time that day. "But you don't have to tell your parents. We've talked about this before. C'mon Dylan." William pleated.

Dylan sighed. He wasn't getting out of this. "Fine, but you're picking me up." He said.

"I'm going to bed." Dylan announced. "It's only 9pm." His mom said stunned.

"Well, I'm sorry that I'm tired." Dylan snapped. He stood up and walked to the stairs. "Goodnight." He said and walked upstairs.

"I CAN'T FUCKING BELIEVE YOU GOT FUCKING DRUNK!" Dylan yelled at William.William shrugged. "Chill man." He said.

"Mom, can you come get me. I know you're angry but please..... I know,mom.... Yes....... Yeah, mom..... I'm sorry..... Please stop yelling mom.... Okay, I'll see you soon." Dylan hung up the phone.

"MOM, WATCH OUT!!!"

Dylan jumped up surrounded by sweat. He grabbed his phone. When he finally found Luis in his contact list he started to doubt his decision. He had already bothered Luis enough so went looking for Ashton in his contact list and pressed the call button before he could hesitate.

"Hi, Dylan. What's wrong?" Ashton's raspy morning voice sounded through the phone.

"I'm sorry if I woke you up but I couldn't sleep."

"It's fine. Did you have nightmares from the accident?" Ash asked.

"Yeah." Dylan muttered in reply.

"Just try to sleep again, tomorrow is Saturday so you don't have to wake up early."

"Sure, but I just don't want to relive the accident."

"Try to listen to music. You said that helped."

"I could try." Dylan said. "I just hate that I'm all alone here."

"You're alone?" Ashton asked.

"Yeah, I am."

"Look if you want I could come over, I mean if the problem is that you are alone I could always keep you company."

"You'd do that for me?"

"Of course." Ashton said. "So do you want me to?"

"Uhmm, if you really don't mind?" Ashton hung up.

Dylan was laying on his bed. Waiting. He didn't know if Ashton was really gonna come but he hated the feeling of being alone. He tried really hard to stay awake. But when the doorbell rang, Dylan wasn't sure if he was asleep or awake. Dylan waked downstairs and opened the door. Ashton quickly grabbed Dylan's arm when he was about to fell.

Dylan woke up by the smell of food. He didn't remember what had happened after he called Ashton. He walked downstairs and saw Ash in the kitchen.

"Why do you always make breakfast?" He asked.

"Well, I thought you must be exhausted and hungry." Ash answered.

"That's so sweet of you." Dylan sat down at his breakfast table.

"Hey, mom. It's been a couple of days since I've been here. Sorry. But I'm back in school and I had a lot of work. Stan is still bullying me and William is trying to be nice. I'm so sorry you ended up here because of me. I know that you would say it wasn't my fault but I feel like it is, I feel so guilty. I don't sleep well either and I don't eat that much. I sometimes wish I would've died in the accident, that you would survive but I know you wouldn't want me to hurt myself so I'm trying to stay strong. It's hard but I try my best." Dylan was sitting next to his mother's hospital bed. He had his computer on his lap to do some schoolwork but he was just on tumblr. "Hey, mom, do you remember that girl group I told you about, fifth harmony, they're gonna perform in madison square garden."

"Hey, Dylan. How are you feeling." Doctor Richards walked in the room.

"I'm fine, well most of the time." The doctor gave him a sad smile. "Is my mom getting better?"

"I'm sorry." Dylan nodded.

"I should be going home." He stood up and walked out the room.

At home he started to cry. He knew his mom was gonna die but he wasn't ready to let her go. He needed his mother. He missed her. He missed his father and his brother. He missed the family nights. He missed making jokes around them and his mother's home cooked food. He missed playing guitar with his father. He missed his life. He missed himself.
