Time and time again

The pounding in my head

Beats like a steal drum

The rythem pounding like a war drum

The pounding continues

Pain growing stronger

My chest starts to tighten

I shallow my breathing

To stop people from seeing

My growing ragged breathing

The room starts moving

I feel like I'm floating

Quickly dizziness hits me

My face grows numb and so does my arm

Starts in my fingertips

And quickly rises to my shoulder

The numbness soon goes cold

As I touch and move my numb body parts

Feeling soon returns

The numbness replaced with funny hearing

My eyes start to go in and out of focus

Soon I return to normal

Only thing that shows this was real is

My body feels weak and tired

My legs feel like jelly

As I walk to my next class every morning
