Still into you (A Quick love story)

Chapter 5

It was Beth's 7th birthday today so Puck and Quinn are having a party for her in their backyard and everyone is helping decorate.

"Mommy When does my party start." Beth said pulling on Quinns dress.

"Soon." Quinn replied putting up banners.

"I want to have my party now." Beth said stomping on the floor.

"Bethany Puckerman are you being naughty?" Puck asked picking up his daughter and hung her upside down.

"No daddy I'm being good I'm promise." Beth said giggling.

"I don't believe you." Puck said and began tingling her.

"Ahh I'm being good i promise." Beth said and Puck put her down. "Is Jessica coming? I don't want her too. It's my party so it's my rules." Beth said putting both hands on her hips.

"She's definitely your daughter." Puck said to Quinn who shrugged and smiled in response.

"Beth Jess lives here so she has to be here to make sure your friends don't destroy her house." Quinn said.

"Fine. She can stay in her room." Beth said.

"Who can stay in her room?" A sugary voice asked.

"No one." Puck said and winked at Quinn and Beth.

An hour later the party was in full swing and Quinn was talking to Tina and Kurt. "Girl have you convinced Puck not to marry high school Rachel yet." Kurt asked sipping his wine.

"No yet." Quinn replied.

"Girl you gotta hurry up 'cause he's marry that Chick in less than a month." Tina said.

"Alright I'll try I'll try." Quinn said putting her hands up. "What did I do to deserve them two in my life?" Quinn asked gazing over at Puck dancing  with Beth.

"No idea." Tina said laughing.

"Guys you may wanna shut up me and Rae can here you from over there." Mercedes said walking with Rachel.

"Where Finnocent?" Quinn asked.

"He's with Artie somewhere, there worst than the kids." Rachel said. The five talked until the end of Beth's party.

Quinn had a trash bag and was picking up all the rubbish that the kids have left while Rachel and Finn put Beth to sleep.

"Have you even sat down since the start of the party?" Puck asked leaning again the patio door.

"Nope." Quinn said and continued picking up rub bish.

"Nope come on you are going to relax for a little while." Puck said grabing Quinns hand and sitting her down.

"How's the wedding planning going?" Quinn asked attempting to make conversation.

"I don't wanna talk about it." Puck said running his hand through his hair.

"Why not?" Quinns said giving him a smile.

"We don't need to talk about it." Puck said.

"Why not? When have you never been able to talk to me?" Quinn said grabbing his hands.

"What did I do to deserve you?" Puck asked gazing into Quinns eyes suddenly Puck found himself leaning into his first love and they were inches away from eachother, Quinn had butterfly's in her stomach and they were about to kiss when Finn came in.

"Beth's asleep and guh-Fuck-ahh!" Finn said when he noticed them.

"Oh my God! I told you not to come out here Finn." Rachel said and smacked Finns arm. "Proceed." Rachel said pulling Finn inside Pucks house.

"They kinda ruined the moment." Puck said laughing.

"Defiantly. We should probably start cleaning up." Quinn said awkwardly.

After Puck and Quinn finished tidying up they went to the living room where Finn and Rachel was sitting.

"Come on you two." Quinn said.

"I'll see you tomorrow when you come to pick Beth up." Puck said looking directly at Quinn.

"Yeah." Quinn said a hugged him goodbye but she swore he held on to her way longer than he should have.

Quinn,Finn and Rachel walked out of Pucks house and got into Quinns car. "I swear to God Finn Hudson i am going to lock you in my basement whenever me and Puck are together." Quinn said looking in her mirror eyeing up Finn.

"I'm sorry." Finn said. "But from what I saw it looked pretty steamy." Finn said wiggling his eyebrows.

"He's right Quinn, When are you going to realize that he's using Jessica to get over you and that he is waiting for you to admit your feelings for him so he can admit that he still loves you?" Rachel asked.

"If he loved me why would he propose to someone else?" Quinn asked.

"We all know that ever since high school that Puck can't admit his feelings unless he knows that it's two-sided." Rachel said.

As much as Quinn hated to admit it Rachel was right but she needed to know why he would propose to Jessica if he was still in love with her

"I'm sorry I kinda interrupted your moment." Finn said.

"It's fine. Maybe next time it will happen." Quinn said and smirked.

"There's gonna be a next time?" Finn asked. "Cause when you do make sure I'm not there. When are you gonna?" Finn asked again.

"Soon..." Quinn said.
